Day 2: FUEL 🥗

For breakfast I had a slice of my homemade bread and 1/2 cup of black coffee from Australia. Trying to cut down the coffee. For lunch - lettuce salad with black beans,corn with bits of grilled chicken. I also started drinking hot tea - Moringa supposed to help the immune system.. For dinner - fish, rice and vegetarian egg rolls Kinda overate cuz I was eating with a friend. I need to work on my fuel I habit I know.

Today is all about getting your body moving. That could mean a workout, a walk, cardio, stretching, training in the gym, or anything that gets you out of stillness and into action. Did my indoor and outdoor walks yesterday while doing everyday chores and put in 1 mile plus more. Felt tired but good in a lot of ways. Will continue to do these

I’m trying to lessen eating desserts. I do like eating green salads especially the Mediterranean kale with feta cheese and light dressings which I know is healthier
