MAGIC Niche Architect! Get clarity on your niche
Picking a niche, picking a topic, is one of the hardest decisions. I've struggled with it. I've seen my clients struggle with it. Here are some things you should know: - It's not a marrying decision, it's a dating decision - You can change at any time - There is no right or wrong niche, rich or poor niche - Choosing a niche is way better than not choosing one Use my MAGIC Niche Architect to help you generate ideas and then: - Share your 3 niches with the scores - Tell us which one is your favorite (if any) - Explain why NB: You do not have to choose just yet! We'll validate/ refine your idea tomorrow PS The GPT is not perfect yet, it's beta - so, any feedback is welcome!!

@Ellen Westbrook They all sound great to me. My only intuition is to avoid the “tried multiple reading strategies” unless you know that applies to a lot of people. My suspicion is that most parents in this situation just don’t know what to try! I don’t have much feedback otherwise because, honestly, this wasn’t a problem with my kids. We were lucky- and made a point of never judging their reading choices AND my husband was brilliant at doing character voices when he read to them so they always saw it as a treat. My biggest achievement in this department is buying my reluctant reader nephew the first Captain Underpants book, which he loved 😂 Good luck with your community! It would be wonderful to help more parents get their kids into reading!

Coming back to this. Here’s my favourite niche from the GPT (plus some tiny adjustments I made): People: Small and medium-sized B2B business owners and consultants Problem: Their content marketing isn’t producing leads because they don’t know what’s really holding it back and they don’t have time to waste figuring it out. Result: A prioritized content marketing roadmap that generates more qualified leads and revenue while reducing wasted effort. Method: Strategic Content Marketing & AI Assessment combining business research, a diagnostic interview, AI-assisted analysis, and an action plan. I had been thinking I should niche in construction (because that’s most of my business connections), but I feel incredibly unenthusiastic about that. So I’m going to start fairly broad with B2B business owners and consultants. Of course, their specific problem narrows it down (not getting results from content marketing, feeling like it’s a waste of time). I really don’t want to niche by industry.

Number one priority is to wrap up some client work I have on the go. Number two is getting the next batch of projects rolling. Unfortunately, the latter depends on other people, which always slows things down.

@Lidia Axe I will be, once I have feedback/testimonials from the free trial projects I did. Another thing that involves waiting for other people.
🥑 We Just Passed Mid-Year Point Yesterday
half of 2026 is gone. can't believe it, you? well, i don't do yearly planning - only 90 days/12 weeks periods. cause we are unable to predict what happens in a year. in particular when we have a start up biz. the world changes , the biz changes, the technology and the market all change at a light speed. still, kind of cold shower moment 🚿 i am still to do the detailed plan for the next 12 weeks, but the rough plan is this: - July - go heavy on audience growth/traffic with content, activity on Skool and ads - August - focus on onboarding, engagement and connection - September - sales, sales, sales these correspond to the themes in Community Income Mastermind - my paid group where we go deep and we build profitable business. i promised to increase the price from $17 to $27 it on 1 July, but life interfered so, i am keeping it till tomorrow's morning - 4th July!!! and an even better deal is annual at $70 (pretty much for free). going to be $170 tomorrow morning. so, if you feel like you want the second half of the year make a difference, like you are ready to monetize what you starting to build, join today and save some cash 💰 questions? ⬇️

Why You Should Run an AMA Thread in Your Community, Regularly
yesterday, i just ran a monetization AMA (ask me anything) here, in Hackathon. you dropped questions. i answered each one with a personalized Loom video. missed it? here is the thread - defo worth going through it was one of the most valuable things i've done for my community and my business. here's why you should do the same. - you get to hear what people actually struggle with i got 7 questions from members at completely different stages. i didn't have to guess what my people need. they told me. that's market research disguised as a community event. - your answers become content, without extra work every video reply i recorded is now a reusable asset. i can turn them into a classroom lesson, a newsletter tipic, a recap post, a lead magnet, even a mini course. one AMA thread. dozens of content pieces. - it builds trust faster than any course lesson when someone asks a specific question and you show up with a thoughtful, detailed, personalized answer — that hits different than a pre-recorded lesson. just had 2 upgrades to Premium Level from this one post 🎉 - it gives you a reason to talk about your paid offers, naturally. "if you want help mapping this out — that's what we do on a clarity call" "this is exactly what we work on in the mastermind." "i'm building a mini course on this — stay tuned." when the advice is real and the offer is the logical next step, it doesn't feel like selling. because it isn't. - it generates social proof you didn't ask for one member commented that the thread was 🔥🔥🔥 another said the mindset reframe around being proud of your offers was exactly what she needed. i didn't ask for testimonials. the format created them. ==== now, when and how are you going to run your AMA? - pick a specific topic: "ask me anything" is too broad. "ask me anything about monetization" gives people permission to ask the thing they've been stuck on - commit to answering every question with depth. a one-line answer is a missed opportunity. a 3-5 minute video reply? that's a relationship builder. - then recap it (like this one). pin it. repurpose it. the value compounds.

@Carol Tice Maybe just start by trying it once and see what happens...
I had a fantastic call with Lidia
When @Lidia Axe invited me to have a one to one call, I must admit I was a little apprehensive at first. In my early Skool days, I had lots of calls that ended up feeling like the whole world thought I had millions, when the reality was I had very little (in a financial sense) Anyway, I felt something might be different with this one, and boy was it! Within a short space of time she has imparted so much value and wisdom, with no expectations of anything in return. By the end, I felt clearer than I have for a long time, and that carried over into another conversation I had later that day and built further momentum. I don't want to give away too much too soon, but exciting things are starting to happen, and when I can, I will of course share with you all. Thanks again @Lidia Axe for this win and significant breakthrough moment.
