@Sandi Rufo You are welcome. I like the way that She refers to Her heart mind, as if they are One. I felt that uniting the two parts of our brains are uniting male and female and heart and mind.
🌹 Sisterhood of the Marys — Reflections from Last Night
Last night’s circle landed right in the center of the moment we’re living in. So much violence. So much fear. So much pressure to choose sides, harden our hearts, or stay in constant reaction. And yet, Mary’s teachings remind us of something radically different: Evil is not something to battle “out there.” It is born from separation, fear, and forgetting who we are. When we stay locked in fear, we unintentionally feed the very energy we’re trying to resist. When we stay rooted in love, awareness, and presence, something else becomes possible. This doesn’t mean bypassing what’s happening in the world. It means refusing to let fear be the place we live from. One of the most powerful moments of the night came during our writing practice, inspired by a poem by Lyndsay Rush (Attached)— sometimes lovingly called Mary Oliver’s drunk cousin — where we wrote from the prompt: “Why shouldn’t I…?” No censoring. No fixing. No overthinking. Just truth moving from heart to hand. ✨ Why shouldn’t I choose love anyway? ✨ Why shouldn’t I soften instead of armor up? ✨ Why shouldn’t I trust my soul more than the noise? ✨ Why shouldn’t I live as if love is stronger than fear? Even if you weren’t able to join us live, this practice is for you too. 👇 Your invitation In the comments, add your own response — just one line or a few — starting with: Why shouldn’t I… There is no right answer. There is only what’s true for you right now. In times like these, choosing love is not passive. It’s conscious. It’s courageous. It’s deeply aligned. Let’s keep anchoring that energy together 🌹 I'll start with my "Why Shouldn't I..." Why shouldn't I dance in the rain, or swing on the swingset.

This is mine from the gathering. I started with a phrase from the poem that she read: "Why shouldn't I let Love consume me? Why shouldn't I express Myself, be Myself, an unending expression of Divine Love, an unending statement of Divine Conversation, en unending embodiment of Communion, Why shouldn't I be the best expression of Divine Love, Why should I not be available to express the Christ/Magdalene at all times, to understand giving, receiving, being available for compassion, empathy, and Holy Union, why should Love be an after thought, hard to experience, why should boundaries to Divine Love be severe, why shouldn't I be my Divine Self at all times?
WEDNESDAY🌹 Sisterhood of the Marys | Monthly Circle
All Members Welcome🥰 ZOOM LINK In a world that feels loud, fractured, and heavy with suffering, many of us are asking the same quiet question: How do I stay rooted in love and peace while witnessing what feels like evil in the world? This month’s Sisterhood of the Marys circle is a sacred space to explore that question together, through the lens of Mary Magdalene’s teachings and embodied practice. ✨ Our theme: Transcending Duality Not by bypassing what we see. Not by denying pain or injustice. But by understanding how separation, fear, and unconsciousness shape what we experience and how love transforms it. We’ll reflect on teachings from the Gospel of Mary that gently dissolve the rigid idea of good vs. evil and return responsibility, healing, and power back to consciousness itself. 🌿 What we’ll explore together • How Mary reframes “sin” as separation from truth rather than something to fear or battle • Why the chaos of the world is not the final reality, and what lies beneath it • How fear fuels duality, and how attention redirects us back to love • What inner battles mirror what we’re witnessing collectively 🌀 Somatic Integration & Movement We’ll move together in simple, accessible ways that cross the midline of the body. These movements help integrate left and right brain, masculine and feminine, yin and yang. You’re welcome to modify, imagine, or rest as needed. Presence matters more than performance. ✍️ Poetry & Wild Writing We’ll listen to a powerful poem (read twice), then drop into an unfiltered writing practice. This is heart-to-hand-to-paper writing. No editing. No fixing. No thinking. Just letting what’s alive in you speak. 🔥 Ritual of Commitment We’ll close with a simple declaration and embodied ritual to weave all parts of ourselves back into unity. ✨ You don’t need to prepare anything. Just bring: • A candle • A journal and pen

Incarnations of the Holy Bride
Pg. 124 St. Mary Magdalene The Gnostic Tradition of the Holy Bride "The Lord ascended into repose of the Living Father, but our Lady continues to incarnate among us, moving in the Divine Mother as we also live, move, and have our being in her. From one generation to another, the soul of our Lady is incarnate as a Holy Woman. From Her holy soul there are 7 rays, so that in truth, she appears as 7 women incarnation as the faces of the Holy Bride. From one there are 7, and from 7 there are 7 times 7, so that a matrix of 49 is manifest in the world, such is the Divine Plorema of the Holy Bride. One is the secret center of the Holy Bride, 7 the innermost circle, and the rest radiate out I circles of 7. Thus, she comes as one and many, her Holy soul is among us, laboring to give birth to the 2nd Coming of Christ. So it shall be until her labor comes to fruition. P.S. The Lady in Red is an artistic metaphor for Mary Magdalene and the Libra Russo (red book of love) is a book written in Christs own hand supposedly passed down in Royal Families throughout the ages. Both are depicted in this painting below. From Ashley Cappelletty's Post (She is like the Dali Lama, keeps incarnating, or like Quan Yin, She stayed to help? Not sure what to make of this 😇)

The Cathar Creed
Someone posted the Cathar Creed in the FB group. It moved me so I wanted to share it here The Church of Love It has no fabric – only understanding. It has no membership – save those who know they belong. It has no rivals – because it is non-competitive. It has no ambition, because it only seeks to serve. It knows of no boundaries for nationalisms are unloving. It is not of itself because it seeks to enrich all groups and religions. It acknowledges all great teachers of all the ages who have shown the truth of Love. Those who participate, practise the Truth of Love in all their daily being. There is no walk of life or nationality that is a barrier. Those who are, know. It seeks not to teach but to be, and by being, enrich. It recognizes the collectivity of all humanity and that we are all one with the One. It recognizes that the way we are may be the way of those around us because we are that way. It recognizes the whole planet as a Being, of which we are a part. It recognizes that the time has come for the supreme transmutation, the ultimate alchemical act, the conscious change of the ego into a voluntary return to the whole. It does not proclaim itself with a loud voice but in the subtle realms of loving. It salutes all those in the past who have blazoned the path but paid the price. It admits of no hierarchy or structure, for no one is greater than another. Its members shall know each other by their deeds and being and their eyes and by no other outward sign, save the fraternal embrace. Each one will dedicate his or her life to the silent loving of their neighbor and environment and the planet, whilst carrying out their daily task, however exalted or humble. It recognizes the supremacy of the great idea which may only be accomplished if the human race practices the supremacy of Love. It has no rewards to offer, either here or in the hereafter, save that of the ineffable joy of being and loving. Its members shall seek only to advance the cause of understanding, within whichever church, group or family they happen to be.

@Sandi Rufo Wow! Thanks. I especially like Spiritual Intelligence, but this sounds good too. 💖I think Spiritual Intelligence is what The Magdalene referred to as Nous.

@Alexandra Hilberth Going two by two is interesting. I recently connected this to Noah's Arc. Someone from Mary Baker Eddy, said that it is God's Hands , held together, like a boat, with us inside, keeping us safe. Maybe, we go in two by two with Twin Flames, inner (balanced male/female) and outer. Also, in Secret Teachings of MM, they mention The Song of Solomon, which mentions night protectors, male and female warriors who protected him. They traveled with Jesus and MM to the chakras of the earth and left two warriors at each location to guard them and they are still there. The inner circle of The Templars were based on them.
