The Song on Repeat
What song have you been listening to and had on repeat lately? Music is an incredible tool. It can change my mood in an instant, take me back to a place in time, energize me when I need it most, or supports me as I lean into feeling my emotions. I really notice the days that I don't play music and I need to remind myself how important music is to me somedays. Drop your favs below. I'm making a community playlist. 🥰 xo, Amanda

I love music!! It is such a healing on so many levels!! You can listen to add to the emotions you're working through, or change them completely to set a pivot in vibe!! My daily am of late is Queen energy! It's great to get me moving & vibing on a high frequency 😜😍
Understanding Shame. It's not what you think it is!
Have you ever wondered why certain feelings keep showing up no matter how much personal work you do? Why the inner critic won't quiet down. Why self-doubt lingers even when you logically know better. Why you sometimes feel disconnected from your own body, emotions, or experiences. There's a reason. And it has a name. It's called shame. And it's not what most people think it is. Shame isn't a character flaw (it’s not even an emotion!). It isn't proof that something is wrong with you. It's something that happened TO you when your pain wasn't witnessed the way it needed to be. I created a free mini course, RIGHT HERE, inside our community called Understanding Shame: Your Foundation for Freedom, and it walks you through what most people never learn about shame: 🔹 What shame actually is (and what it isn't) 🔹 How shame forms and where it comes from 🔹 What it feels like to finally have language for something you've carried your whole life 🔹 How shame quietly runs your decisions, relationships, and the way you treat yourself 🔹 A clear and simple framework that women say they've been trying to find for years 🔹 A gentle, grounded approach that won't shut you down or overwhelm your nervous system This isn't about fixing yourself. It's about finally understanding what's been happening beneath the surface so you can stop blaming yourself for it. The course is free and you can find it in the classroom, here! xo, Amanda PS. It's only 20 minutes long (but take your time with it). PPS. Check out what some other members had to say about it!

I am sitting with the mixed feelings of shame right now! On the one side, I feel so blessed. I have this life that I have dreamed of, coming into fruition. Every day is such a blessing that I am so grateful and in awe of! On the other end, I am devastated by the world we are currently bearing witness to. The brutality is an endless stream of evil. The pain is agonizing. The shame I feel is this duality of emotion. How can I feel so blessed, so privileged, when around me the world is burning?? How do I reconcile these extreme experiences? How do I navigate this kind of shame ?
