Start with talking to sellers, you understand the basics now and need to get into that "Just Do It!" Mentality. Best way is to go Headfirst and look to get some properties (if you are talking to a homeowner use the word "Home" evokes emotion instead of just a piece of land with a house on it) under contract, if you can't find a buyer cancel the contract, no harm done. Speed and Action will yield the best results. Remember we are deal finders not makers (well maybe sometimes!) Hope this helps, I believe in you all!!

@Jonathan Ricketts Write a contract up for what you agreed upon. Have Grok.ai or something similar write it up or something of the sorts. Having a lawyer friend is always nice too!

Look for a group that provides value like Xleads GoHighLevel and invest into one field and hyper focus on that. I personally call Pre foreclosures, Probates, and Bankruptcies using AI for messages, emails, and setting appointments over the phone.
