Where are you going to grow today? Woke up pretty sore. Heavy chest day, heavy leg and deadlift the yesterday’s hike. My body needed rest. Woke up at 190lbs. So I lost weight… 😂 I need to refuel! Today is another day to grow. Shoulders today. Let’s go!

Dear Lord, I come before You today with a heart full of gratitude. Thank You for the gift of life, for the air I breathe, and for Your unwavering love that sustains me . Thank You for Your faithfulness and for being my source of strength. I am grateful for my family, friends, and the comfort of Your presence, even when life feels challenging. Lord, I ask that You guide my steps, thoughts, and words today. Help me to be a reflection of Your kindness to others and to recognize Your work in the small moments.
