Lightstream Loan
Does anyone have a breakdown on what your credit report has to look like to get a Lightstream loan? I personally have a 789 Transunion FICO 8 with 3 primaries: 3k Quicksilver that is a year old 15k Venture X that is 3 months old 14k installment loan that is 5 years, 10 months old Average age of accounts is 2 years, 4 months The installment loan is paid down to $1,193. I don't carry a balance on the cards. I think right now it's reporting that I have a $421 balance on one card, but that's just because my payments report 5 days after my due date. My utilization is practically nothing. i have 2 hard inquiries. First inquiry was for the Quicksilver opened a year ago and the second inquiry was for the Venture X opened 3 months ago, so my last inquiry is about 90 days old. My payment history is excellent. I have no negatives on my report to speak of. Anyone think I can run the 35k Lightstream loan play with this profile or do I need to build it out more?

@Banetta F McDaniels @Jordan Ockmond yeah 100% could run it with what you have. You already have a 15K comparable 95% paid off. Put in the app do what Banetta says, Youll likely get approved but if not, you can wipe the inquiry and you can apply again for less like 25K, less than the 35K

@Jordan Ockmond The mail in doesn't really mean anything since they send that to everybody. But they both pull from different bureaus so should be fine, although is chase is more inquiry sensitive. I'll dm you
eCredable
I’ve been checking my stats on the impact of using alternative credit services like eCredable on business credit. eCredable is quite unique because it reports to major business credit bureaus such as Dun & Bradstreet, Equifax, Experian, and Creditsafe. Here's what their website states: "eCredable currently reports to Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), Equifax, Experian, and Creditsafe. For D&B and Experian, eCredable only reports your eCredable Business Subscription payment at this time, and Equifax only accepts accounts verified to be in the business name. Creditsafe accepts accounts in the name of the principal or the business." I've been using eCredable for over two years now, mainly focusing on building my profile with Business Experian and SBFE. They've been quite reliable in reporting to Equifax and Experian. It also allows us to report Uline, Quill, and other Net-30 accounts. Updates from D&B are hit or miss, though—I haven’t checked in a few months to confirm the latest status. It’s crucial to regularly log in to your accounts, perhaps every couple of months, to ensure everything is being reported correctly. I've encountered a few hiccups where some months weren’t reflected properly. A quick email to eCredable customer support usually resolves any reporting issues, ensuring all positive months are accounted for. eCredable and Nav have been invaluable for adding cheap and easy tradelines to my business credit files. I’m always on the lookout for similar services to broaden my credit foundation. Does anyone have recommendations for other similar services? I’m eager to hear from others who are using or have used eCredable. What has your experience been like?

How to Change Biz EIN Address
How do I notify the IRS my address has changed? There are several ways to tell us your address has changed: Methods to Change Your Address: Method Action IRS form: Use Form 8822, Change of Address or Form 8822-B, Change of Address or Responsible Party - Business Tax return: Use your new address when you file Written statement: Send the IRS a signed written statement with your: - Full name - Old and new addresses - Social Security number, ITIN, or EIN Mail your signed statement to the address where you filed your last return. Oral notification: Tell the IRS in person or by telephone, Businesses 800-829-4933. We'll need you to verify your identity and the address we have on file for you. Please have ready your: - Full nameld and new addresses - Social Security number, ITIN or EIN They may request additional information to verify your identity. If you filed a joint return and are still residing with the same spouse, both you and your spouse should provide your names, social security numbers, new address and signatures on the form or statement. If you filed a joint return and you now have separate addresses, each of you should notify the IRS of your new, separate addresses. Authorized representatives filing a form or written statement to change an address for a taxpayer must attach a copy of their power of attorney or Form 2848, Power of Attorney and Declaration of Representative. Unauthorized third parties can't change a taxpayer's address. Changes of address through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) may update your address of record on file with us based on what they retain in their National Change of Address (NCOA) database. However, even when you notify the USPS, not all post offices forward government checks, so you should still notify us.

@Brea Holder did you end up moving forward with any of these loans and what were results, did they ask for more verification and docs?
BRM
I am looking for a few videos posted in the past on this community regarding how to found yourself without paying the high fees that a founding company charge and how to get relashionships with BMRS. I believe it was a year ago when @Tobi Rosario shared that information but I was trying to clean my credit, but I can not find those videos now. I am wondering if having access to relashionship managers has a fee in this group now? I would love to connect with one but a little short on a budget and with a lot of need of getting into my first investment through founding. Any comments will be taken to heart! I really hope constructive ones! Thank you!
