Do any of you guys have a smartwatch? E.g. Apple Watch, Garmin etc. I am looking to get one to track fitness and basic info and I'm wondering if you have any experience with them!

So I’ve been using as i am shampoo and conditioner + their leave in conditioner for around 3/4 months, i wash my hair every other day due to the fast grease/oil build up ontop of the sweat. I still have flakes coming when i itch my hair, it isn’t horrendous and a lot however still small dots almost. What are other shampoo and conditioners + leave ins you guys suggested

How can i fix my face symmetry? I use ice in the morning around my face to de-bloat however my face is still severely one sided
