Hello Mantra Member's, it's been a long time. I am back again. Need a little health advice from @Jack Npt and other members of community. So my Gym trainer says I should not take creatine during weighloss as it triggers water retention. Where as my friend, we both started working out back in 2022. He Started talking creatine since 2023. And I started at end of 2024. Also he has been consistent where as I have been on and off for working out. But I have been working out for past 3 months and have lost 8kgs without creatine. Should I start creatine or should I not? Also been growing my hair out it isn't much but yeah it's something. I don't have any good pics tho π lol.
