@Karam Sherif Hi Karam, quite a few things there which is completely normal at 16 as we all probably felt the same things. 1) Looks for confidence: I completely get this because we live in a society that rewards looks and puts it on a pedestal. For this I would suggest trying to focus on what you can control - find what hair/outfits you love and work for you and make you the best version of yourself that you want to present to the world. That way you know you can't do any more for your looks and you will find other areas to improve confidence e.g. how you communicate with others, social settings etc. 2) Gym - this is an easy one because it is completely in your control. I started gym because I wanted to look better physically and as you develop your body you will find your confidence naturally increases - it is also great for your mental health. Looks and Gym go hand in hand. You are young but at a good age to start going to the gym! Defo make the jump bro. 3) Social Anxiety - you will find that gym will help massively with this. Once you feel better physically you feel better mentally as a result. Also, less screen time and more real life interactions can massively improve your conversational confidence. You can start by building it up from small things like giving random compliments to strangers e.g. at the store if you see someone wearing nice shoes / cool outfit let them know! For me I love making jokes and laughing with people. When you spread the love you feel better about yourself. You got plenty of time to learn about yourself and gain that confidence. For me, even when I was less confident I would 'fake' being confident and you naturally become more confident. Believe in yourself and you will get there bro!

@Shajeen Islam Regarding a friend that you can trust - I completely get it. I have gone periods with friends but not one true friend to confide in, it's not a nice feeling sometimes. However I'll remind you that it's better to trust no one than the wrong people. I'm not sure how old you are but I have realised as I've got older it's better to have a very small inner circle. The fact you don't talk to your friends outside of school can be frustrating, Do you ever try to reach out with them or hang out after school? And are they good people to be around in general? For your hair and face, what are the main issues you are finding that you have? If you list some out we can address them.
Product combo
Since @Joseph Westwell and @James OHara recommend paste for my hair but the problem was in india there is no such thing as hair paste so I came up with the combo volume moouse and hair spray. How's that?

Paste is a styling product and gives your hair a softer/natural matte look and a medium hold. Volume mousse is a pre styler and will increase volume and add some texture depending on your hair, which is a different result compared to a paste. However, depending on the mousse it can make your hair a little soft and give a little hold. Hairspray will just lock your style in, so can't be compared to using a paste but will lock in whatever you done with the mousse. I actually use the volume mousse and hairspray combo sometimes, and it works for me. I think a paste would be a different result, so it will be down to how you want to style your hair.
Who is your sporting icon?
A lot of us here are sports fans, and I am wondering who is YOUR favourite sportsperson? They can be great role models for fitness and motivation, especially when you hear their stories.

@Ionathan Bodnari Wouldn't say he is an icon but the guy is definitely in good shape and decent martial artistπŸ˜‚
Creatine
Hello Mantra Member's, it's been a long time. I am back again. Need a little health advice from @Jack Npt and other members of community. So my Gym trainer says I should not take creatine during weighloss as it triggers water retention. Where as my friend, we both started working out back in 2022. He Started talking creatine since 2023. And I started at end of 2024. Also he has been consistent where as I have been on and off for working out. But I have been working out for past 3 months and have lost 8kgs without creatine. Should I start creatine or should I not? Also been growing my hair out it isn't much but yeah it's something. I don't have any good pics tho 😭 lol.

100% what @James OHara said, I take creatine and I have been losing weight while doing so. If you want to be stronger and encourage heavier lifts to build muscle creatine will be fine
