Just rented out one of my websites for $500 a month
I setup a full website called prescriptions.today. Got a funnel going and tested with ads to onboard patients. Then did SEO and got it ranking. The whole process took like a year to get it ranked. But i wasnt pushing very hard. Now its generating about 40 patients a month and i disnt want it to go to waste. When i was running ads I was selling the patients for $50 a visit, and the LTV was like $500. I could acquire the patients for free from Google search or $50 landed from fb ads. A terrible niche because its health and requires sooo many hoops to run ads and even get a gmb. But now its running, and i wasnt doing anything with it. I use grok to find a provider in florida and ca since most leads come in there. I called the provider and hooked up a $500 a month rent fee. So they are renting the website from me to get the leads that are coming in from their state. I will slowly invest time into this and add seo pages to increase search volume in other states. My plan is yo onboard providers in other states and charge them a rental fee to get access to the leads in their states. Eventually ill be able yo run ads and sell them the leads from ads, growing the volume and my rev. This is mot efficient because im not focused on it. Im sure you could easily duplicate this idea in a different niche and make it much more efficient.

Just released the new extension
I finished my testing and rolled out the new extension just now. You can see the installation instructions on the dashboard, remove the old one and drop in the new ext using the install video. This new extension collects a lot better data and runs a lot longer consistently without intervention. I've been running mine for three days straight. Collecting thousands of leads. Here next week I'll be working on creating a very clear SOP for the language model so that it doesn't have as much freedom in what it's looking for, but that it follows my directions to collect 100% of the information we want in a systematic way. My focus is all on quality of data right now!

Just confirming we are waiting on the updated extension release . correct? ... Is there anyway to export the leads in the database to google sheets?
Happy to report I signed a local plumbing client today
A local plumbing company reached out to me in mid-July through my website saying they needed a new website. They wanted to work with a local expert. Took a month of back and forth and follow up conversations but finally met with the owner this morning and signed him up for. a $4800 website package plus monthly management post-launch.

I think it helped that I dropped by their office with a dozen Dunkin Donuts to introduce myself to them in person :-) after they first reached out to me. Worth the $18 in donuts to "sweeten them up" :-)

My new offer booked 2 appts in 3 calls
I had a lot of assumptions because I didn't do the research I knew I should have done. After waking up every morning last week at 3:30AM and making calls for hours every day, I realized that I was selling something (AI receptionist and call centers) that people really didn't want... So this weekend I went back to the drawing board and did the research that needed to have been done from day one. WOW was I shocked at how badly contractors hated the very things I was investing in. AI Receptionists, call centers, pay-per-leads, pay-per-appointments, etc... It really humbled me. As my research continued I uncovered an entirely untouched opportunity. And with it I spent the weekend figuring out how to package it. This morning I hit the ground running and immediately booked 2 out of 3 calls. The second contractor said, "That's exactly what I need." I plan to charge $4,500 per month for this new service and I know I'll get it. As I've been doing this research process I've been putting it into a course that I plan to launch soon. If you're interested I might award to it to you early. let me know in the comments
