I was on a mastermind call this morning. A couple of folk had just discovered you can connect Claude to Asana and build out boards. One member had taken a long, unwieldy ChatGPT conversation and moved it to Claude. Claude then created a board with all the contents sorted into sections. Much more actionable. You could see why they were blown away. I wanted to jump in and say... ...did you know Notion AI does this too? If you're on the Notion Business plan, you can do a lot of this inside your existing workspace. Notion AI connects with OpenAI, Anthropic and Google, you choose the model depending on the task. And it's not just chat. You can use it to build databases, populate them, update statuses, organise information. All from a conversation. Which opens up a lot of possibilities. Is this new to you? I built a Notion AI agent yesterday. It pulls AI news from the last week and breaks it down into plain English. No jargon. Just what it means, suggested use cases, and how it compares to what Notion AI can already do. It also pulls Notion AI use cases shared online, so I can quickly see how other people are actually using it. Still tweaking it to get the output consistent, but the bones are there. Every Monday morning it emails me a summary with a link to the page where everything lives. Findings, sources, links to read or watch. My own little AI briefing, delivered before I've finished my first coffee. There are so many ways you could build on something like this depending on why you want to stay on top of your industry. You could use it to brainstorm content ideas based on your own frameworks and opinions. You could use it to create a first draft you then edit (pulling context straight from your Notion workspace). And they are soooo good. It's currently in beta and therefore free for those on Business or Enterprise plans but we will be charged credits on May 4th.
