New Training Dropped 🎉
Hey friends. I’ve just uploaded a new video (below) where I walk you through building a basic vision board page in Notion. But this isn’t about you needing a vision board. It’s basically the easiest excuse ever to learn the Notion basics without melting your brain. This tutorial will teach you about: pages + blocks columns images callouts + toggles making a page look nice enough that you actually want to open it I've included the video in this post. And if you want the interactive version (so you can lean by doing, with step by step instructions that walk you through the build), that template lives in the Premium classroom
New Free Interactive Training Tool Dropped for all my Notion beginners
I know some of you are beginners and a lot of my content and templates are a bit more advanced so I have created an interactive workbook built in Notion for all of you who maybe don't even have a Notion account yet. You can access it here #How to use the Notion workbook I am really please with this and think it's kinda fun, so I'd love to know what you think? Oh and because this post is going out as an email, I wanted to let you know (in case you didn't see) that I changed the all access library to my templates and trainings and it's just $9 per month. Head to the classroom if you want to check out what is included and you can upgrade to premium from there.

How I'm using Notion as an affiliate during a launch.
You may have noticed I'm currently an affiliate for Carrie Green's Ideas to Income challenge. There have been a couple of tech issues that could have held me back, but here is how Notion is helping me get round those tech issues. 1: FEA are using an affiliate platform called Rootabl. My email marketing platform (Mailerlite) don't let you share Rootabl links. How do I know this? Because I tried to send an email to my list and my account got suspended. I then had to jump through hoops to get it up and running again and promise to never share Rootable links again or I'd get kicked off the platform! Mad, because all I'm sharing is a free challenge that a lot of my folks would find useful. So useful I'm taking part in it again myself this year. Anyway, I digress. To get round that, I created a Notion page that is a bit like a blog post, explaining how I first found Carrie. My Notion page includes the Rootabl link instead. I published the page and that is where I'm sending folks. It also means I get to use the fun Notion confetti button feature again. 2: I wanted to offer a bonus to those who sign up to my list (2 in fact). A bonus Notion tracker to use during the challenge, which I'll be emailing out tomorrow. And promo to my list after the challenge. The tech issue here? Not everyone who is signing up to the challenge is on my email list, so I can't add them to my email marketing platform without permission. The work around. I'm going to download the email addresses of those who have signed up through my link as a CSV and upload that to Notion as a database. I can then add a 'single select' property to the database with options like, uploaded, sent email 1, sent email 2, sent email 3. I can use that status property as a trigger for a Notion automation that sends a pre-written email to my list. That email can deliver the challenge tracker template. How?
