🌿 It’s not only about what I get
One day, a man planted a tree. Someone asked him, “Why are you doing that? You may never sit in its shade.” He smiled and said, “Maybe not. But someone will.” Sometimes life is not only about what we get. Sometimes it’s about what we are willing to give — our time, our care, our effort, our presence. What we give shapes who we become. What is one thing you want to give more of — to yourself, or to the world? Your body wants to move. Your mind wants to believe. 💫

I genuinely want to help, preferably men, but but I am okay with inspiring everybody to break free from cycles of self-sabotage and distractions, and to start becoming conscious about their habits and behaviors so that they can develop themselves into more healthy human beings, through breath work, but also through mindset training, etc. 🙏

When You Look at Slovakia Through Different Eyes
Maybe sometimes we need to see ourselves through someone else’s eyes I came across this video about Slovakia. And I caught myself feeling something strange. I’m looking at the Tatras, castles, caves, mineral springs, old mining towns, Čičmany, Vlkolínec… Things that are so familiar to us that we almost stop seeing them. And then someone from the outside looks at them and says: How is it possible that hardly anyone knows about this? And it made me wonder if we sometimes do the same thing with ourselves. We live with ourselves every day. We know our flaws. We know what we struggle with. We see what we still don’t have. We compare ourselves to who we think we should be. And in doing so, we can completely overlook what is already within us. Experience. Abilities. Stories. Strength. Sensitivity. Things we’ve overcome. And even something completely unique that feels ordinary to us simply because we’ve lived with it our whole lives. Maybe sometimes we don’t need to add another layer. Maybe we just need to look at what is already there through different eyes. This is exactly what being At My Place means to me. Not convincing myself that I’m perfect. But gradually discovering my own value without constantly needing to search for it somewhere outside myself. And so this video left me with one question: What is so natural about you that you may not even realize how valuable it is?

For me, I think it is my leadership and my ability to guide people.. This is something I discovered quite recently. 💪
When the mind becomes...
I found a video I really liked, and I’d like to share it here too. What touched me most was the idea that compassion is not only something we give to others. It is also something that changes us. When the mind stops fighting reality, when it stops pushing through guilt, shame, and resistance, movement can suddenly become the next natural step. Maybe we do not always need a new method. Maybe we need to clear what is already inside us, but cannot be heard because of the noise in our minds. And that is what this video opened up in me: When the mind becomes calmer and stops putting obstacles in its own way, movement stops being a struggle and becomes a return to yourself.

What do you think? Do we really need supplements for body balance?
I’m curious what you think: When it comes to feeling balanced in body and mind, do you believe supplements are necessary? Or do you think daily habits like movement, sleep, food, sunlight, and stress management matter more?

I don't take supplements. I try to get everything out of my food: good rest, sunlight, movement and stress management... I Even stopped with the creatine and the protein shakes, as I want everything to be purely natural and clean these days. But on the other hand, I'm also not sure whether I'm having enough vitamins, but I don't experience any problems, so 🤷‍♂️🙂

@Tibi MolnART Yeah I Don't think too much about it, I just try to eat foods with lots of fibers and proteins, but I am not weighing how much proteins I get in, I don't like that, I just buy food with lots of proteins💪
The Body Wants to Move
The body doesn’t need to be pushed It needs to be listened to. Most of the time, movement doesn’t stop because we’re lazy. It stops because we stopped trusting the body. The body knows when to move. When to slow down. When to simply breathe and change position. This week, don’t try to do more. Try to listen more. Let movement be a conversation, not a task. Reflection for this week: What kind of movement is your body asking for today? Body Wants to Move Mind Wants to Believe

My body is always asking for more stretching and flexibility🙏 I always have been very stiff because I only started since a year on focusing on my flexibility. before that, it was just working out, couldn't even sit for 10 minutes in meditation position😅
