Hi everyone welcome! I'm currently in the UK but soon I'm moving to Sri Lanka with my three children! My favourite place to practice and teach is at Nirbana Retreat in Sri Lanka where I will soon be located. Fun fact! I love to travel to new places with my children and my eldest who is turning 6 has already travelled to 14 countries :) Yoga Teacher lifestyle :)
