Hello @Greg Chadwick I use Calendly (calendula.com) there is a free version and a paid one, probably lots of alternatives out there too. You can use it to let clients know your availability and they will choose appointment times that fit in with your schedule. You just send them a link to your calendar. It will connect to your personal calendar (such as google/outlook) and send you and your clients reminders once an appointment has been booked, you can also connect it to zoom, google meet etc. If you want to be super organised you can add preparation notes or agenda items or documents to calendar invites so that you can recall what each session is about or prepare your clients and you have something to jog your memory. Alternately, if you make notes on an electronic device, you can set up a filing system (folder) on your device for each client (you donβt have to use the clients name if you are worried about GDPR, it just needs to be something you remember) Have a folder/ file for each clients and add your notes at the end of each session so that you can a). distinguish between clients and b). recall the sessions or track progress. Best of luck with your growth π
