The shots I made in today's race were 45:52 in the race and I threw 49 meters in the trial shots.

@Imad eddine Zaidi Yes, my shot in the test shots that went 49 m is the second. The shot in the video is the shot that went 45:52 in the first video.

1. I will throw in the national championship 2. My best in races so far is 44;60 3. My goal is to go to the European Championship by throwing 54 meters 4 All I'm doing right now is trying to catch up with the shots I make in training, but I throw between 47-50 meters in training and 45 meters in the race.
