🧠 Need Help: Scraping Google, Reddit & Facebook for Real Estate Leads (Buy/Sell Intents)
Hey everyone 👋 I’m working on setting up an automation workflow that can find people who are looking to buy or sell a house — by monitoring intent-based content on Google, Reddit, and Facebook. Basically, I want to catch posts or comments where someone says something like: - “I’m thinking of selling my house” - “Looking to buy a home in [location]” - “Best agent to help sell fast” - “Any advice for first-time home buyers?”...you get the idea — real buyer/seller intent signals. - I’ve already tried tools like Browse AI and a couple of Apify scrapers, but honestly didn’t have much luck. Either they got blocked, missed key posts, or just didn’t go deep enough. 💡 So I thought I’d ask here: - Has anyone done something similar? - Any tools, scripts, or strategies that worked well for you? - Especially anything that worked reliably with Facebook groups, Reddit threads, or Google search results? I’m open to any suggestions — even partial wins or things to avoid would be super helpful. Thanks in advance! 🙏

@Jake Hissitt and I guess it will be hard to know about the subreddits...and client is surely not going to know about it as well 😂 That's why, I have another option too, to scrap the already existing websites...and real estate website in which the property are listed to sell, so just scrap the 'Sell my property' page. And we can get the leads that already listed their property... But it's not a right thing to do I guess😂

@Jake Hissitt Like I used manychat and already developed a system for real estate. so also wanna confirm can we do the same in the voiceflow too?

@Jake Hissitt Right now I am trying to make the appointment system. The bot will ask general details (name, email) then ask for the time and date or day, user will enter the date time like this: I want to set the appointment for next tuesday at 4 pm then the bot will chack the availability on google calendar and if available then book the meeting if not then just mention alternative times. 2- Telephony system: I developed a chatbot on voiceflow a year ago and yesterday I purchased a number from twiliio and assign it to the bot. But when I tried to call it then it was not working. So is there any kind of functionality that should be added in the bot to call it? or we can just call any bot in the voiceflow if we connect it with the phone number?
fully conversational e-commerce system powered by AI agents.
Hey folks, Just wrapped up something I’ve been building for a while — a fully conversational e-commerce system powered by AI agents. The goal? To make online shopping feel less like filling out forms and more like chatting with helpful assistants who actually get you. Here’s how it works: - Lexa helps you explore products, gives tailored recommendations, and remembers you for next time. - Rex handles all things order tracking. - Zia steps in for cancellations and collects feedback with care. - Noah is your go-to for support — whether it’s policies or chatting with a human. Everything's designed to feel smooth, interactive, and personal — without ever feeling robotic. Dropped a quick walkthrough video below 👇Would genuinely love your feedback — any thoughts or ideas to improve this are super welcome! Just Built This – My Most Human-like AI System Yet 🤖✨
Last week, I shared the real estate chatbot I was building… but now it’s got personality 👀 Meet BOB, TRACEY, and JAKE – three AI agents working together to automate the property game. 🔹 BOB helps buyers find the perfect home 🔹 TRACEY assists sellers in listing properties effortlessly 🔹 JAKE works undercover, tracking future property matches for buyers on the hunt 👟 I kept the core features from before: Collects leads, shows matching properties in seconds Real-time booking, updates, and agent notification Smart memory – remembers user preferences for future alerts Challenge-based reward system for referrals & social media engagement But this version feels… alive. Instead of buttons and static flows, I’ve built a system where characters interact just like a real team would. They guide users step-by-step, respond with personality, and get things done 🔥 🎥 Just finished recording the full experience—would love thoughts & feedback from this community.
