🧠 Need Help: Scraping Google, Reddit & Facebook for Real Estate Leads (Buy/Sell Intents)
Hey everyone 👋
I’m working on setting up an automation workflow that can find people who are looking to buy or sell a house — by monitoring intent-based content on Google, Reddit, and Facebook.
Basically, I want to catch posts or comments where someone says something like:
- “I’m thinking of selling my house”
- “Looking to buy a home in [location]”
- “Best agent to help sell fast”
- “Any advice for first-time home buyers?”...you get the idea — real buyer/seller intent signals.
I’ve already tried tools like Browse AI and a couple of Apify scrapers, but honestly didn’t have much luck. Either they got blocked, missed key posts, or just didn’t go deep enough.
💡 So I thought I’d ask here:
- Has anyone done something similar?
- Any tools, scripts, or strategies that worked well for you?
- Especially anything that worked reliably with Facebook groups, Reddit threads, or Google search results?
I’m open to any suggestions — even partial wins or things to avoid would be super helpful.
