๐ง Need Help: Scraping Google, Reddit & Facebook for Real Estate Leads (Buy/Sell Intents)
Hey everyone ๐
Iโm working on setting up an automation workflow that can find people who are looking to buy or sell a house โ by monitoring intent-based content on Google, Reddit, and Facebook.
Basically, I want to catch posts or comments where someone says something like:
- โIโm thinking of selling my houseโ
- โLooking to buy a home in [location]โ
- โBest agent to help sell fastโ
- โAny advice for first-time home buyers?โ...you get the idea โ real buyer/seller intent signals.
Iโve already tried tools like Browse AI and a couple of Apify scrapers, but honestly didnโt have much luck. Either they got blocked, missed key posts, or just didnโt go deep enough.
๐ก So I thought Iโd ask here:
- Has anyone done something similar?
- Any tools, scripts, or strategies that worked well for you?
- Especially anything that worked reliably with Facebook groups, Reddit threads, or Google search results?
Iโm open to any suggestions โ even partial wins or things to avoid would be super helpful.
