I used to spend 10–20 hours a week on content and feel completely invisible. Not because I wasn't working hard enough. Because I was doing too much at once: YouTube, Reels, carousels, Facebook, all from scratch, all disconnected. At some point I had to get honest with myself and make a scary decision: simplify. I said no to email marketing. I stopped posting daily. I built a system where doing one thing feeds everything else: and my entire content output now takes under 2 hours on a Monday. I used to stare at my phone at night and think, "I just need to make this work." Not a number. Not a plan. Just this vague, heavy feeling that it needed to happen. I wasn't failing because I wasn't working hard enough. I was failing because I had no destination in my GPS. I was just driving. Fast. Hoping I'd somehow end up somewhere good. Everything changed when I stopped asking "how do I grow" and started asking "what is the actual number, and what's the real path to it." It sounds so simple. It kind of is. And it kind of isn't.
