This last posts have been difficult for me because I don’t cook. I been allowing distractions to take over and I stopped cooking for a big while now. This challenges are pushing me to change that but honestly I haven’t done it. But this is something I definitely need to change.

I just moved it back an hour in the morning since my husband came home late we ate at 8pm so in the morning I broke my fast an hour later. But I’m surprised I have been consistent with this fast. Thank you.
