Week 8 to 9
We just finished our 8th session by writing and BURNING a letter to our menstrual cycle. This was a sacred release. And what is to come will build us up as we continue on this journey to Becoming. I have attached WEEK 9 of the manual. We will be creating WISDOM boards. Similar to a Vision board in its construction and dissimilar in its purpose. Here is what you will need: Cut-and-Paste Printables Suggestion: Gather old magazines or print photos and quotes. Suggested elements to include: - Words of affirmation or encouragement - Photos or sketches of mentors and role models - Cultural or ancestral symbols - Natural elements (e.g., leaves, flowers, feathers)

Hi party people. Tonight we gather for WEEK 8 of this 12-Week Journey together. TBH some days I don't feel like doing a DAMN THING! And some of those days have been our designated Sundays. Just know that I am always here and thinking about you all. I just am not always able to show up the way I know I can. That said, let's get ready for tonight. It has been several weeks since I’ve held our workshop. I have felt pulled in other directions, distracted, brain foggy and just hadn’t been attending to my own creation. Even today, I was sooooo tired and on the verge of crying for half the day. I knew I wanted to show up for you all and I did… for myself as well. It’s hard out here for a Perimenopausal woman!!!
