€600 spent, 90 leads, 1 call (no-show...), no customers. What now?
Here are the stats: * €600 spent on Facebook & Instagram ads (€50 / day, so started 12 days ago) * unique outbound CTR 3,27% * 25% optin conversion rate * 90 leads -> €6,66 / lead * 1 call scheduled -> no show... :() * 0 customers So lead cost is OK, but conversion to the call is bad. With the target 5% conversion I should have 4 calls booked by now. I have 2 email automations that drive people to the book a call page: 1) Delivery sequence: 6 emails, every day for 4 days, then every 2 days (only week days) for the last 2 emails 2) Ninja Nurture Sequence: 2 emails per week (on Tuesday and Friday) Both sequences are based on the output of the Growthworks content engine. Open rates are OK: between 40-70%, average around 50%. Click rate to the book a call page is very low: only 1 person clicked the link in all these emails. So what should I do now? I came up with the following options: 1) Do nothing and wait to see if these people convert later (I started only 12 days ago) 2) Send more emails than 2 per week in the Ninja Nurture Sequence. 3) Make the call more benefit driven. Now it's called a growth session. Maybe stress more the fact that they get a free marketing plan? 4) Add a video above the booking page so the see me (although they must click to the page first...) 5) Add testimonials on the booking page (although they must click to the page first...) 6) Create a new lead magnet. Maybe the step from the current lead magnet to the program is too big. The current lead magnet is a checklist how to create an irresitable offer. The whole program is about getting customers with a sales funnel. Maybe I should create a sales funnel checklist? Lead cost will probably go up, but leads will be more qualified. Do you have a similar experience? What would you do? Thanks for your help!

@Aaron Fletcher Thanks for your reply! I created another funnel with another step of the product roadmap as lead magnet. Stats are about the same after €600 spent. With 1 difference: I got 1 call, leading to 1 client! Very happy with that. Almost all leads are at the end of the 27 part Ninja Nurture Sequence now. Without new calls being booked. And the 1 call that was booked was from the initial lead magnet delivery sequence. So I have the feeling the Ninja Nurture Sequence doesn't convert very well. My plan is to create AA video's for each step and create Frank Kern content to call me campaigns: 3 e-mails with 3 different angles to the same video. When somebody clicks, a call me campaign is started. Without a click, after a few days 3 emails to the next content video are sent. Probably similar as your suggestion 7. I like your suggestions 3 (2-step emails) and 8 (live Zoom call). I don't have the contact details to call or DM them. I am also experimenting with an AI bot to book calls... 😀 And I think my AA video is not generating enough trust because I read a script as @Pieter Joosten noticed. So that is also something to improve. Thanks again, I keep moving forward!

Have fun and change up the strategy a little? Those with smaller ad budgets
I wanted to give some tip and advice on a little way I have found to help clients with smaller ads budgets. If you don't feel like you can afford to run a conversion ad and spend around $2k then here is an alternative, I hope it's okay with Aaron for me to give this advice. So you take the Authority Amplifier and you put it on your front end, chosen platform of choice, such as your Instagram/tiktok/Facebook page, you offer the free lead if they reply a ''keyword'' under your video - then you run a video view campaign for $200 and then switch that off and turn it into a PPE for $200 - if you're offer is $2-$5k this ''should'' generate one sale for you ....(all the usual variables, if you have done your targeting properly and this can be left quite broad)...... . One of my clients is doing this on Tiktok. He is a health coach and spent $1,000 a month to generate $20k WEEKS. It's a simple 5 min video. Once you have enough cash you can turn on the automation and run like Aaron teaches. so here is a recap of the exact steps You create a version of Aarons AA - you are starting to introduce the lead magnet you have created, why they should watch the video, the 3 problems it solves, a quick intro about you then you ask them to comment under the video and you say you will personally send the free lead magnet to them in messenger. Then once people begin to comment they all become invisible leads. Then you Direct message the person requesting the document, and ask them some diagnostic questions, ask them what inspired them to request it and what is currently going on. Then out of integrity you deliver the pdf straight into the messenger. Then you say what Aaron says - i have a few slots open and I can hop on a zoom call and personalise it for your circumstances. Then you are still recording the data and ensuring you are getting 15 calls and closing 1 out of 5. It's the cheapest campaign to get high ticket sales. And once you have the funds then launch the full automated funnel with the tech etc.

Thanks, this is very helpful! A few clarifying questions: 1) How do you run the $200 campaigns? $20 per day for 10 days? $100 per day for 2 days? ... 2) Why do you do a video view campaign first when engagement (reply with a keyword) is the goal? 3) Why stop doing this and switch to a "normal" campaign when it works so well? 😀

Yes! Happy with the result. One remark: I scored 93/99, but when I view the results I only have 3 incorrect answers... 🤔
How often do you send the Ninja Nurture Sequence emails?
I send them twice a week now, but was curious what other people do and if I should send them more often. I want people to book a call within 30 days after the optin. Sending only twice a week means 14 weeks ~ 3 months of emails.

@Kevin Tjia Thanks for that. What do you mean with the transactional emails? Is that the lead magnet delivery sequence? I send the lead magnet delivery sequence first, and after that the Ninja Nurture Sequence.
