Anyone has an idea on what the facebook ads KPIs should look like when running fb ads for realtors? I'm talking CPL, cost per appointment, CTR, ...

So I’ve been getting leads for this campaign for my real estate client. Only problem is, is that the workflow in Gohighlevel doesn’t trigger when a lead comes in, even though: - Fb page is correctly integrated in ghl - Workflow is set up correctly - Fb lead form field mapping is done correctly Still, no leads are coming through GHL. Can anyone help me? Thanks

So I recently started running Facebook ads for my realtor client. It's been 3-4 days since we started running the ads, hence the ads are still in the learning phase. My concern: I read online that you need at least 50 conversions per week in order to get out of the learning phase, but we're spending €32 per day with an average CPL (industry wide) of €25-50. Does this mean I will be in the learning phase forever? Or will this fix itself? Or what do I need to do to fix this? Thanks guys

How does this look like? - Best offers that I can run to attract realtors to my business? (I don't know what is realistic. Thinking of promising X amount of appointments, not sure how many though...) - What does their A-Z client acquisition process look like? (I'm mostly confused about the appointment booking process...)
