I’m so excited to share that the new 21-day self-Reiki daily practice challenge is launching on June 1! Back in February, we ran our first 21-day challenge—and it was amazing to practice self-Reiki collectively. We received lots of positive feedback, and some new members have been asking if we’d be doing another one. Well, here it is! 🌿 Who Is This Challenge For? Whether you're brand new to Reiki or returning to your practice after a break, this 21-day challenge will support you in cultivating a steady, intentional daily routine. This challenge offers a fresh, supported way to recommit—without pressure or perfectionism. Just one day at a time. 🔎 You’re Looking to Deepen Your Connection Even if you already practice daily, this challenge invites you to explore new layers of your self-Reiki journey. You may notice subtle shifts, and perhaps discover something new in familiar routines. 🤝 You Love Community & Accountability Reiki is often a solo practice, but doing it alongside others—even virtually—can be motivating and nourishing.
