Midweek Check-In 😄
Let’s do something a little different today. We talk a lot about growth, newsletters, and Substack in here… But I also want this community to actually feel human and fun, not just “growth!growth!growth!" So today: Share ONE fun fact about yourself to connect and smile a little👇 Could be: - your job outside Substack - a hobby - your favorite animal - what you want to do this summer - something random about your life - or even something surprising about your writing journey For example: 4 years ago, I honestly didn’t even like writing. I thought it was terrible. Funny to think that now I want to build my whole life around it haha Curious to know more about everyone in here!

Why people keep getting stuck after the setup
At first, everything feels exciting. You create your account.Fix your bio. Build your setup.Write your “Start Here” post. And for a moment, it feels like you’re finally building something real. But then a weird phase starts. You post. You try Notes. Spend hours writing.Maybe you even stay consistent for weeks… …and almost nothing happens. That’s usually the moment where people start doubting themselves. They think:“Maybe my niche is bad.”“Maybe my content sucks.”“Maybe Substack is just luck.” But honestly? Most creators are not failing because they’re lazy. They’re failing because nobody taught them how growth actually works on Substack. Nobody explains that growth mostly comes from: - visibility - relationships - positioning - conversations - systems that save you from wasting months guessing So people stay stuck posting into the void, hoping Notes magically change everything. I know because I went through that exact phase too. And that’s also why the Substack Accelerator exists: to help creators go from “I have a setup” to “I actually know how to grow.” But before that, make sure you truly finished Module 1 and 2 first. A weak foundation makes growth 10x harder. One action for today 👇 Go into your niche. Find ONE viral Note with a lot of comments. Then spend 15–20 minutes replying to people and starting real conversations. Just becoming visible and building connections naturally. That’s where a lot more growth starts than people realize. Want to know more of the full system to save 10x more time. Go check the Substack Accelerator page in the Classroom.

Would love to, but presently preoccupied with my own agenda. But it's great knowing there is a solution for Substack because of people like you and Sinem, who provide answers for people seriously considering building their business and presence on Substack. I started my SubStack in the beginning stage when there were no notes or anything like that, and because of my burnout around 2022, I have not even written anything since then. But unknowingly, I started to notice that many people are mentioning SubStack, so I gave it another look and realised that it had changed so much, and the platform is also growing. I even deliberately joined a Live Event by Sinem and Jari Roomer and learnt about these NOTE things which they are leveraging on to make their presence felt in the platform. So, I am still learning the Basics. 😂 I will attempt to go through the Classroom lessons that you had created in due course. Thanks for your invitation to come here in the first place!

Ask Me Anything About Substack 😄
Every Thursday, we do a little Q&A day inside the community! Because honestly… most creators stay stuck on small problems for way too long when one good conversation could solve it in 10 minutes. So today, ask me anything 👀 - newsletter growth - getting subscribers - comments/networking - content ideas - consistency - setup/bio - monetization - or just anything funny or to connect (don't mind making friends haha) And if there’s already a lesson, framework, or resource inside the classroom that can help you, I’ll point you to it too 🙌 No question is “too basic” here. We’re all trying to improve together and make real progress each week. So… what’s ONE thing you’ve been struggling with recently? 👇

Lab Note Boost #4
Hey everyone! Welcome to our fourth Lab Note Boost!! 🤩 The goal is simple: share a piece of your work and connect with others everyday FRIDAY. Not only is it fun to connect with writers who are on the same journey as you, but it’s also proven that when you engage with someone else’s Note or post, it gets pushed to more people, helping that writer grow. If we all participate, this can create a massive boost. Here’s how to participate: - Say what you write about - Share 1 Note or 1 piece of your work - Say who it’s for - Connect, engage, and interact with 3 other writers in this Boost (likes, comments/restack!) That’s where the real magic happens ✨

@Julian Precht I wouldn't be missed if I stopped writing or commenting there because I had not done enough to each that attention. 🤣

Something interesting coming up 🚀
Hey everyone! Our community is growing, almost 30 members already! Since you’re all here, I wanted to ask you directly. I’m working on a deep masterclass focused on one big problem: using comments effectively to build real connections. I’m thinking of covering: - The Commenth Method - Templates & roadmap for interactions - Icebreakers & conversation flow - How to create partnerships without spamming I feel many struggle with commenting consistently, commenting well, and sending people to your page naturally. A masterclass could solve that! What’s your biggest struggle right now?
