Grab Your 10k Substack Roadmap and Gain a Clear Direction!!
One person tells you to post more Notes. Another says to focus on writing. Another says to network. Another says to monetize early. And after a while, most creators end up doing a little bit of everything
without knowing what actually matters for THEIR stage. That’s one of the biggest problems I noticed after analyzing 20+ Substack writers over the last few months: Most people don’t need more information. They need clarity. Clarity on: - where they currently are - what’s slowing them down - what their NEXT best actions should be - and what they should ignore for now Because the right strategy for: - a beginner - someone growing a community - or someone trying to monetize
is completely different. So I officially built the 10K Substack Roadmap 👀 A personalized roadmap designed to help you understand: - your current stage - your biggest bottlenecks - and the best next actions to grow faster on Substack (on my experience and analysis of TOP Substack creators!!!) No random advice. No guessing. No trying 50 things at once. Just a clearer direction. 🎯 Your action for today If you haven’t already: Go complete the assessment and check your roadmap/results. You might realize you’ve been focusing on the wrong things this whole time Grab your 10k Substack Roadmap now!

Live Growth Board Week #11
Welcome back to a Live Growth Board! Super excited to see your progress! Where you get the chance to see your progress each week, ask question and be accountable. Which is the best way to grow on Susbtack and in this community too. Each Monday, we share our work, stats and progress in the classroom! It’s also a great way for me, and the community, to support and cheer each other on. Just share your update like I did below 👇 For me: Subscriber count: 1662 (previously 1600) Open rate: 20% (previously 22%) Notes published: 22 (previously 21) Growth comments: 280 ( Working on AI right now to facilitate this process!) Classroom work: I created the new 10k Subsatck Roadmap, giving you a clear path based on your goals (after analyzing 10+ writers with 5k susbcribers or more! Try it out by clicking on the link!) More information about this coming soon!đŸ€© What's your progress this week?😁 (Don't foegt to share your progress with the classroom!)

Building Strong Research section!
Okay, I'm calling this a "win" because anytime you learn something or gain clarity in a particular area...it's a win! I honestly did not think I would get through the "Building Strong Research" section in Module 2. My eyes sort of glazed over it when I first read through it. But, on Saturday, I went to a Panera Bread around 7am and completed the exercise; I was there until about 12 noon but I got through it. I dumped all the research into ChatGPT and the insight I got back was eye-opening. I'm glad to say that the new framework I created for my newsletter about a month ago is already on the right path; but this research definitely helped me to see where I need to focus my writing better and the gap that I could possibly fill within my niche. Very helpful!

Love that win!! Thanks for your kind words and I am super glad it was valuable! Research is surely the most long and boring thing to do, but the most important for a good direction. I am glad you did the work and that's how you create real change, while others wait and do nothing. Congrats! (Will work on AI to make this setup way easier, stay tuned!😁)
Ask Me Anything About Substack 😄
Every Sunday, we do a little Q&A day inside the community! Because honestly
most creators stay stuck on small problems for way too long when one good conversation could solve it in 10 minutes. So today, ask me anything 👀 - newsletter growth - getting subscribers - comments/networking - content ideas - consistency - setup/bio - monetization - or just anything funny or to connect (don't mind making friends haha) And if there’s already a lesson, framework, or resource inside the classroom that can help you, I’ll point you to it too 🙌 No question is “too basic” here. We’re all trying to improve together and make real progress each week. So
what’s ONE thing you’ve been struggling with recently? 👇

@Morgane Lemattre They are not silly at all. Yeah it still a recurring thing but most newsletter counts it as one yearly payement (230$, discounted by 80%=0.8 47$) so it just like they sold a mini-course. It’s rare that people join the monthly and stay long enough to do 3 or +. It demands a good engagement system, constant challenge. It works but might burn you out. It’s more a small thing to make people join their ecosystem, and then nurture them for a higher price product. So if you promote it as a 1 time thing, they will get a 1 time thing and not expect monthly content. If you promote it as monthly content, then you should do challenges and all their sort of things. You can also do challenges if it’s just for a mini-course, it’s a nice way to engage people. Hope it answers. You questions are really not silly and I think a lot of people ask themselves these questions in their head but not to another person!

@Morgane Lemattre Totally! Depends on what you want to offer and what people in your niche like. Don't hesiate asking some readers or subscribers if they have a problem, or want a solution.
Lab Note Boost #5
Hey everyone! Welcome to our fifth Lab Note Boost!! đŸ€© The goal is simple: share a piece of your work and connect with others everyday FRIDAY. Not only is it fun to connect with writers who are on the same journey as you, but it’s also proven that when you engage with someone else’s Note or post, it gets pushed to more people, helping that writer grow. (a good startegy to learn in the Substack Accelerator!) If we all participate, this can create a massive boost. Here’s how to participate: - Say what you write about - Share 1 Note or 1 piece of your work - Say who it’s for - Connect, engage, and interact with 3 other writers in this Boost (likes, comments/restack!) That’s where the real magic happens ✹
