Looking for an easy loop with Hudson River views? The Tallman Mountain Hudson River Overlook Trail is a local gem just outside Piermont. Trail Snapshot: - 📍 Location: Tallman Mountain State Park, Piermont, NY - 🥾 Length: 3.7 miles (loop) - ⛰ Elevation Gain: 301 ft - ⏱ Estimated Time: ~1 hr 20 min - ⚡ Difficulty: Easy - ⭐ Rating: 4.5/5 Parking & Trailhead: - 🛻 Coordinates: 41.02927° N, 73.91619° W - This takes you directly to the main lot/trailhead area off Piermont Ave. - Parking is usually free on weekdays, but a small fee may be charged on weekends or in summer. Why go: This loop winds through Tallman Mountain State Park with gorgeous views of the Hudson River and Piermont Marsh, part of the Hudson River National Estuarine Research Reserve. Flat paths and gentle climbs make it a good choice for all ages.
