"Weatherproof" hiking boots
Does anyone have a preferred brand/type of hiking shoe/boot for inclement weather seasons? My Merrell hiking boots have lasted me this whole decade and have finally started coming apart as of April of this year. I can't recommend them enough, to be honest, though I am curious as to what other brands people put faith in.
Does anyone have skin sensitivity to certain fabrics?
Over the past year, as I've been decluttering my wardrobe, I've noticed that if I wear polyester clothing or wool clothing, the clothing gives me a feeling of discomfort and when I take the polyester off after hours of wearing it, my skin is agitated with itchy skin. Does anyone else experience things like this?
What Is Your Style?
I remember a time when I would just grab whatever shirt was close whatever pants that were close, throw them on grab the closet shoes and out the door. No attention to style or detail, I was covered and that is all that mattered. Then as I started this journey, I became more focused, intentional in my clothes and appearance. But now, I have noticed in my choice in shirts have changed. Don’t get me wrong I love to wear a polo shirt when playing golf, and I still have some old t-shirts that I use strictly for workouts and yard work, camping and outdoor activities. But I find myself wanting and liking wearing dress shirts and button down shirts. They for me are so much practical for almost any situation. You can wear them with almost anything even shirts. But you can add a tie, throw a jacket and go from casual to semi casual or business casual in a short time. But I love the look, the feel, and style or wearing them. So gentlemen, my question to you what is your go to shirt? Do you have a particular style polo vs. dress shirts? Do you prefer one over the other? And tells us why you selected this category.

I prefer a polo shirt (cobalt blue or granite grey) with a well fitting pair of deep-blue denim.
An eccentric wedding band situation
A close family member of mine recently got divorced, and they kept the wedding band that they bought for their now-ex-husband. After a time, my family member came to me and said she wanted me to "inherit" the wedding band as a sign of appreciation for stick through all the hard times. Would it be unorthodox for me to wear the wedding band, which is a solid black with a crimson red center trim, on my right hand, far from the standard wedding ring finger on the left hand?

I am wholeheartedly grateful and appreciative for all of the responses and opinions, men. Given all of this feedback and the negative energy that still permeates my relative's house, I've decided to keep the divorce-band in it's box as a keepsake 🙂 Hopefully I don't come across a black cat or any wayward ladders today now 😅

I've never been married, but I've been best friends with the same man for 25 years now. At some point, I started referring to him as my Best Man, because at some point and after so many trials and tribulations, your best friend SHOULD become your Best Man!
