It’s all about TRUST
This morning as I was creating a post for my community, I was reminded how far I’ve come along this path. It all comes down to TRUST! A mentor of mine gave this to me early on when I was having a hard time trusting myself. This journey has been amazing and I’m reminded daily that I don’t need to know where it’s taking me, rather I just need to trust in myself and the universe that everything is just as it should be.

Breadcrumbs From Your Higher Self
Many awakenings don’t arrive like lightning—they rise like a tide. You may be in a “stable enough” season outwardly, but inwardly you can feel your frequency changing: old motivations don’t land the same, and a quiet decision point is forming on the horizon. This is the soul’s incubation period. The invitation isn’t to force a leap—it’s to listen. Notice what softens your nervous system, what lights your heart, what makes you disappear into the moment. Those are breadcrumbs from your higher self. And the shift doesn’t have to be all-or-nothing. Spirit often moves through layering: one foot in the practical (current work), while your energy expands into new callings. Conversations, “random” opportunities, and even the option farthest from your radar can be the doorway—because purpose rarely arrives through the familiar. What looks like a career change or retirement is often an initiation: releasing an old identity, reclaiming your time and life force, and stepping into a more aligned way of being—where your work becomes an extension of your awakening. A little exercise to get you thinking. 🧭 Comment: Which phase are you in—Stability / Layering / Transition? Example: “Layering — keeping my job for now, but I’m building a coaching offer on weekends.” ✨ Breadcrumb check: What’s one thing that’s been lighting you up lately? Example: “I lose track of time when I’m writing/refining ideas and helping friends map their next step.” 🗓️ Micro-step: What’s one low-risk test you’ll do this week? Example: “I’m scheduling one coffee chat with someone in the field I’m curious about, and I’m going to attend one meetup to feel the energy.”
Question🖐️
Question for everyone here! What do you do when you’re sick/under the weather but still have things to get done? Do you take the entire day off to rest? Do you try to balance a little work with rest? Or do you just push through and power through anyway? For me, it’s a mix. I try to listen to my body first if it’s really telling me to rest, I rest. But if there are assignments or things that must get done, I break them into small chunks and tackle them slowly, giving myself permission to pause when I need it. It’s all about balance for me! Honoring my body while still keeping up with responsibilities... I’d love to hear what works for you. How do you handle a busy life when your body says “slow down”?

I grid out the work that needs to be done for the day, then rest/sleep as soon as I can to recharge my body. I also shift my diet to what my body is asking for as well as stack up on supplements for the duration.
