I agree with everyone and Brandon for showing that real estate is not an art which makes me feel like I don't have to be gifted at it. But it is a science so when I learn and study strategic ways of executing different exit strategies I am able to understand more completely of how to take action

Hi, I’m Will! I live in Killeen, Texas. I currently have 0 rentals and I want to have 10 rentals by this time next year. My 3 biggest challenges with RE investing right now are not having a system in place and not having a team. For fun I like to play basketball and I enjoy real estate. Something I’m currently obsessed with is real estate is taking action while learning at the same time!
