@Elliott Haralson honestly X Leads is cheaper all the way around. The calling is cheaper. DM doesn’t have SMS like X Leads. I feel like DM rips you off for the dialer. Even if you don’t use a full minute it rounds every call up to a minute and charges you for it.

Appointment Set
I’m halfway confident in my numbers on this property. I’ve done the (ARV-Repair Costs)*.7, but the ARV is only about 90K. I just don’t want to get it under contract for too high. Any tips? It needs at least 30K in repairs

SMS Text Blast Suggestions?
What’s the most cheapest most efficient text blasting software I can use? Also if anyone has any tips for getting started with it leave them in the comments. Much appreciated.
