What can we do to help you better guys? Let us know in the comments. I’m half way through the week feeling good. I was a little beat up this morning but went in anyway and worked at the pace I felt necessary. Check out the leader board. Shout out to Robert James to inviting his inner circle. ⭕️

Feeling good so far. Went to the gym everyday this week and staying strict on my diet. Meditation is getting better but still fighting the monkey brains. Cold showers suck but I do it anyway.
