Is Fable 5 burning through your usage as well?
Tried it this morning and have hit my session limit pretty fast on a Max 5x plan as it was spinnig out some subagents 😳. What has your experience with Fable 5 been like?

@Li Zi Great learnings! Thanks for sharing. I guess the spinning up of subagents is one root cause of the token burning. It's already double the price of Opus but when it also spins up subagents it gets wild.

@Juan Felipe Torres That's very very helpful and gives a clear perspective on how to use Fable 5. Thanks for sharing! 👍
Cowork vs Code
Hey guys I dont actually code, and I am just starting with this whole automation thing. Specific question: I see how easy and pretty Claude Cowork is, but the more I see into it I wonder if Claud Code is the better tool even for not coding? Context: This is my first project and tbh I havent gone through Nate's courses, I will. Right now my first step I am building is a Wealth Advisor, I have managed to have it check an inbox folder for screenshots, statements, etc. identify them, run a script, connect via api to whatever aps do have api (if they dont that is what the inbox folder is for), and populate an excel dashboard of a few sheets, so that I can look at my finances in one place. I also asked it to create a "copy" in CSV since I am guessing the next step is having AI reading it and act as a real advisor. But the more I dig into stuff, I think Code might give me the same or better output with mroe power although less pretty and a bit of a steeper learning curve for someone not in the codign programing space. Am I wrong? should I jsut stick to cowork? Thanks!

You are not wrong at all. I also started with Cowork and it's great. But Code is more powerful and flexible but it comes with a deeper learning curve. I would look into it with the Desktop App where the UI is not so bad. It's a good step in between before perhaps switching to the terminal or IDE like VS Code.
How to actually use Claude Code + Obsidian?... I'm still a bit confused.
Hey guys, I've been watching all the video tutorials about Claude Code / Obsidian / Graphify. They all teach one thing, that is building a vault, but most of them just stops there, they didn't show the actual token savings after using Obsidian, so my question is: What's the real benefit of using claude code and Obsidian or graphify, I know it connects all the relevant files together, but is it gonna save us tokens? and once I instailled it, do I need to make changes to my CLAUDE.md? Since it needs to search the relevant files from Obsidian instead of built-in searching feature Thanks guys, and have a great time learning AI together :D

@Jay C What are you trying to achieve with Obsidian? In the tutorials I know it's usually used to create context based on markdown files. The AI can work directly with them. Obsidian is then just the presentation layer to read and edit the markdown files. I am not sure but I would suspect the token savings would come from working with the markdown files which are just text (e.g. in comparison to pdf)

@Abrie Van Wijk Way to go. Have you tried Karpathy‘s wiki?

@Abrie Van Wijk Yes, I am using it. Mostly for specific domain knowledge, e.g. Agentic AI. For capturing the best usage is for me to save the transcription of a YouTube video I am interested in with the Obsidian WebClipper. https://obsidian.md/clipper Once ingested it builds a high signal knowledge base for working with Claude as the topcis are interlinked and often have a synthesis. You could for example clearly see where the difference are in several AgentOS approaches.
