How do you use AI for self improvement?
I wonder if there are many people out there like me that want to use AI to not only make money and be productive, but to become better people. I just started a few days ago with Claude and finished building my wealth advisor which has many accounts api etc, and then when I was discussing with Claude what decsions (in the future) would I like the system to make, it occured to me what if the same principle of starting with lower stake decision and keep increasing the risk/opportunity as the system grows and demonstrate it works, while taking into account my pattern, biases, etc. I wondered if that could be applied to life, so I am starting a project to be more aware and check my biases patterns and decisions. So I wonder, if you have used AI to make yourself better, what did you do? and how is it working? Right now I decided to export all my claude and chatgpt chats, and since I am in the lowest tier plan and dont want my tokens to finish I asked claude to make me a script so Deepseek Pro (cheap model) could read each converastion and take out the gold nuggets. And after that I pan to have opus look into patterns and behaviors. Thoughts? What are other things you guys have done?
Cowork vs Code
Hey guys I dont actually code, and I am just starting with this whole automation thing. Specific question: I see how easy and pretty Claude Cowork is, but the more I see into it I wonder if Claud Code is the better tool even for not coding? Context: This is my first project and tbh I havent gone through Nate's courses, I will. Right now my first step I am building is a Wealth Advisor, I have managed to have it check an inbox folder for screenshots, statements, etc. identify them, run a script, connect via api to whatever aps do have api (if they dont that is what the inbox folder is for), and populate an excel dashboard of a few sheets, so that I can look at my finances in one place. I also asked it to create a "copy" in CSV since I am guessing the next step is having AI reading it and act as a real advisor. But the more I dig into stuff, I think Code might give me the same or better output with mroe power although less pretty and a bit of a steeper learning curve for someone not in the codign programing space. Am I wrong? should I jsut stick to cowork? Thanks!

@Juan Felipe Torres yeah this is what I was thinking since I am just starting out, maybe learning code can be more efficient. But also I noticed with the scripts and everything that codex was better, but for the "thinking and visualizing" Claude was better. So I told Claude he was the architect and Codex the builder (plus Codex burns the tokens slower). And that kind of worked. Now I am moving them out of their own project folders to a shared one, and told both they had to mantain a log not only of changes to the scripts or files, but of context, decisions and even ideas explored even if discarded so the other one could understand. Let's see how that one works out

@Werner Mueller thanks man will sure do Code in desktop iu doesnt look that bad. I didnt know it was so easy to run out of tokens though
How to actually use Claude Code + Obsidian?... I'm still a bit confused.
Hey guys, I've been watching all the video tutorials about Claude Code / Obsidian / Graphify. They all teach one thing, that is building a vault, but most of them just stops there, they didn't show the actual token savings after using Obsidian, so my question is: What's the real benefit of using claude code and Obsidian or graphify, I know it connects all the relevant files together, but is it gonna save us tokens? and once I instailled it, do I need to make changes to my CLAUDE.md? Since it needs to search the relevant files from Obsidian instead of built-in searching feature Thanks guys, and have a great time learning AI together :D

I think yeah it should save tokens, because instead of going to read everything it reads what is conencted. I honestly have no idea but I assume you could set up a rule to go up until first or second degree connections of an X table of contents on X topic
What are you working on this week?
