I am one of the lucky ones that experiences ear fullness/clogging/popping on a very low dose of tirz (0.6mg 2x weekly = 1.2mg total weekly dose). Was considering switching to Reta to see if the ear issues resolved, but recently saw a post from a Reta user expressing the same symptoms. Has anyone had this experience on Tirz and had it go away on Reta? All research I have found indicates that this is a “rapid weight loss side effect” caused by losing fat around the ear canal, but this is not the case for me. Ive only lost about 12lbs in 3 months, so certainly not “rapid”.
