This is how easy we have made buying real estate when it comes to making offers to ON/OFF Market properties allowing us to get a property under contract and close more deals. Interesting strategy. I agree that sellers are more informed and are flooded with calls. I wasn’t able to watch the entire video. Only had 15 minutes left. I’ll try restarting my phone. My understanding is that our role is to evaluate the leads using AI. Is this correct. I don’t usually work on the weekends but I’ll join the next call. Do you have many members in Texas?
