Help Us Build the Ultimate E-Bike Survival Guide (What do YOU need?)
Hello everyone! As mentioned in our welcome post, we are currently building the deep-dive modules for the Paid Membership launching at the end of this month. We have a solid curriculum planned (covering motor internals, controller swaps, and advanced electronics), but before we wrap up production, we want to ensure we aren't missing your specific headache. We are building this curriculum for YOU. So, I have a question: What is the one thing about your e-bike that confuses or worries you the most? Maybe it is: - πŸ”Œ Understanding what "Amps" and "Volts" actually mean for your range? - πŸ›‘ Fixing a hydraulic brake that feels "squishy"? - ⚠️ Deciphering a specific Error Code on your display? - πŸ”‹ How to safely test your battery health with a multimeter? Drop a comment below with your request. πŸ‘‡ If you have a specific topic you want to see covered in the upcoming advanced series, let us know now so we can film it and get it into the library. We are using our engineering background to solve your real-world problems. Let’s build the best e-bike resource on the internet, together. Ride Safe

I think a deep dive into these lithium batteries is ultra important for the health and well-being of the e-bike industry. Once you've purchased a bike the next big thing you're going to have to purchase is the battery and with so many batteries that I've had personally go bad and to replace them being over $500 each it would be nice to be able to diagnose and fix some of them rather than throwing them into the landfill. The interplay of the controller the motor and the battery is the heart and veins of the bike, we need to completely understand how that interacts together.
Getting started
Okay so what is the next step?

Thanks Jason! I have wandered my way around a bit and started some of the courses.

Hi Jason...have you considered putting in some pictures (or illustrations) for some of the areas in your instructions. Many people have different modalities for learning and these can help them tremendously. My example would be when I was reading about disc brakes and the verbiage describes "thick" which can be a bit nebulous, whereas the photo could show both location AND thickness in mm. Just a thought of course.
Use it or lose it!
Keep riding .. we have been from Florida to Canada riding greenways all over. We carry bikes on the back of our camper.
