Creating a drum sound has been a big challenge 🥁. It’s been both draining and rewarding working on this. I’ve gone back to the drawing board many times but I keep pushing forward. I’m learning new plugins and techniques and improving all the time. It’s taking more time than I’d like to finish tracks but I feel that i’m getting there and feeling positive. I’ve been inspired by many people on the mentorship and this has been a great motivation 😄❤️.

@Marcus Woodle I think that job description should be written into contracts. Where I work, higher management should have a job description of walking around pointing at things - seems that’s where the money is 🤣.

Hey KJ, happy Labor day to all you guys in the US. It was bank holiday here in the UK last Monday. It’s always the last Monday in August. Great time to spend the day with family. The #1 thing for me right now is getting my drum sound right. Once I’ve nailed this I feel my tracks will come together quicker, meaning that I can focus on getting them released 😊.
