🌿 Day 3 Check-In 🌿
We celebrated our 68th Church Anniversary yesterday. I skipped the Challenge in all the hoopla! Let’s pick back up today. We’re halfway through! 🎉 By now you’ve probably seen a few new ideas from other members. Today’s challenge: 💧 Pick an oil you haven’t used in a while OR 💧 Try using a favorite oil in a new way Then share: 🌿 Which oil 💡 How you used it ✨ Anything you noticed Sometimes our best oils are the ones hiding in the back of the cabinet. 😉 👇 What oil are you using today?

I have allergies and they are kicking up a storm worse this season. I blended an inhaler with lavender, eucalyptus, and peppermint. It actually helps with itchy throat, nose, and calms at the onset of a headache.

@Pat Terrell I have not. Looking forward to trying it.
🌿 More Than a Pleasant Scent
🌿 A diffuser in a room changes the air. Changed air changes the people breathing it. We often think of diffusing essential oils as a way to make a room smell nice. But aroma does more than fragrance a space. The air around us influences how we feel, think, rest, and respond. A calming blend can help a busy mind slow down. A bright citrus oil can make a room feel lighter and more welcoming. A peaceful evening aroma can signal to the body that it’s time to unwind. That’s why diffusing isn’t just about scent. It’s about creating an environment that supports the nervous system. An atmosphere that encourages deeper breaths. A space that feels a little less rushed. A room that reminds us we don’t have to stay in stress mode all day. Small changes in our environment can create meaningful shifts in how we experience the day. Sometimes wellness begins with something as simple as the air we’re breathing. 💛 What oil are you diffusing most often right now?

Lavender, Eucalyptus, lemon. I really want to branch out and try others. What do you suggest for the moods you listed?

Look at you showing up! 🙌🏾💧 Today’s challenge is all about making oils part of everyday life. Choose any oil and pair it with something you already do every day: ☕ Morning coffee 📖 Reading 🚶 Walking 💻 Working 🧘 Relaxing 🌙 Bedtime routine Then tell us: 🌿 Which oil 🔗 What daily activity you paired it with ✨ How it felt Small habits are what turn occasional use into everyday use. 👇 What’s your oil today?

Our Leaderboard Queen
🎉 Congratulations to @Helen Lawrence for crushing last months Leaderboard! 🥳 And she’s on pace for June! ❤️ One of the biggest shifts from stress to peace is how you show up for the information that moves the needle. Helen has been leading by example. My only by being active, but by locking in on her mission to apply Aromatherapy to her life. That kind of consistency is foundational. Because how you do anything is how you do everything! She also has two free communities Live Light Decluttering, a calm, supportive community for busy families wanting clutter-free homes. And Cross Stitch Club Club a cozy community for stitchers of all levels. Let’s support our own! Keep the momentum going! Community happens when we all bring it! Drop a 👏🏾 below to congratulate @Helen Lawrence

🌿 Just A Little Peek Behind the Curtain 🌿
First, you may have noticed a change around here… ✨ Essence & Ease Community is now Essence & Ease Skool. The heart of what we do remains the same, but this change better reflects where we’re headed and the learning experience we’re building together. And speaking of where we’re headed… ✨ The new Stress Type Reveal is coming. Many women know they’re stressed. What they don’t always know is how stress is showing up in their bodies— and that understanding can change everything. That’s why I’ll be hosting a live Stress Type Reveal Workshop to help you uncover your unique stress pattern and understand why some solutions work for you while others don’t. You’ll leave with greater clarity, practical next steps, and a deeper understanding of what your body has actually been trying to tell you. And that’s just the start of what’s coming: 🎥 YouTube 🌿 More Aroma Moments 📚 New resources and trainings 💛 More support for stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, migraines, and nervous system care My vision for Essence & Ease Skool is simple: A place where women can learn, grow, practice, and find support as they move from overwhelm toward peace and ease. But here's the thing. I don't want to build this without you. So I’m asking: ❓ What topics would you like to see covered? ❓ What are you dealing with right now? ❓ What would actually help you most? ❓ What would make this community worth showing up for? Drop it in the comments. Your voice is going to shape what comes next! Thank you for being here. 💛

@Pat Terrell I love the "Moments" and the inspiring posts. When I check in, there is always a "right now" word. Also, I am fairly new to the scientific aspects of EOs and I would love to reduce the amount of meds I take for allergies, migraines, or pain elsewhere. Would appreciate your continued suggestions for mental and physical aromatherapy.
