Hi team - wanted to give an update that my LOI for the Property Services company has been accepted; expecting to receive preliminary data mid-week this week for evaluation. Would love to hear others' diligence processes (what you evaluate with the data provided) / dealbreakers (e.g., customer concentration, expiring contracts) to evaluate before bringing in 3rd party advisors (e.g., QoE, Lawyers, etc.).
