I’m working on a module for this right now @Erik E! Cold Outbound (email, phone, and social media). TLDR- I haven’t seen AI personalization be very effective in regards to industry or company. It’s too easy for the data to be wrong. However, I have seen it be good when there’s a common thread between you and the seller such as: attending the same college, military veteran, fans of the same sports teams, etc.

Completely agree that the LMM has been flooded with unqualified buyers- want aware that it was becoming so common for brokers to block the CIM. Perhaps I’ve been hanging out in the iSponsor space too long😅. Since you’re on the ground from the brokers perspective, how have you treated SBA pre-Qual letters or letters of support from equity investors? For instance, if a buyer has $100k in liquid funds and is interested in a $5M EV acquisition, would you release the CIM knowing they would need to raise equity to close the gap?

That’s the concern, @David Jones! Asset transactions are preferred for buyers because they break legal liability. But, it is possible for the State to challenge that in court if the previous entity owned State taxes/fees. Check with an employment attorney. This one is serious.
