Hi everyone, My name Waheed and I’m based in Scotland. I’m looking to get into courier work and I’m currently researching the best way to start – whether that’s with a local company, self-employed multi‑drop, or same‑day work. I currently don't have a van but happy to rent and trial this before i make a big commitment financially. I’d really appreciate any advice from people already in the industry – things you wish you’d known when you started, what kind of van/car setup works best, and what to watch out for with companies and rates.
