How is everyone managing the recent rise in fuel duty? Are you passing the additional cost on to customers, or absorbing it for now in the hope that fuel duty will drop again soon?

With fuel prices rising again, I’m curious how everyone is handling their pricing right now. Are you: • Pricing jobs based on the last fuel price you paid at the pump, or • Sticking with your existing pricing and taking a hit on the margin to keep clients happy? If this situation drags on for months, what’s the plan? Are you thinking about: • Gradually increasing your rates • Adding a fuel surcharge • Renegotiating with regular clients • Or just absorbing the cost for now?
