@Daniella Molyneaux yeah did you see him smiling at the photos when he was being questioned about Epstein? He likes the attention and he likes others to know about his experiences.
The Observer Sees the Lies, the Experiencer Lives Them.
In this matrix, there are endless landmines to navigate, all of which are vying for your attention. These psyops, some are intentionally harmful, others are coercive attempts to get you to buy something. All of them have an impact on you. TikTok brain, notification syndrome, dopamine hits, marketing campaigns appealing to FOMO or feelings of not enough are all ruminating in the brains and bodies of the collective. I believe this is truly a multi dimensional and spiritual battle, and I encourage anyone and everyone to stay devoted to their spiritual life, and their energy. In order to stay present, avoid negative effects of psyops and not have to completely disassociate from 3D "reality", one must develop the skill of observing. Knowing when you're being pulled from observer to experiencer is key to staying out of the PTSD zone. Ask yourself this: Have I fully rebounded from the Covid pandemic, or are there still some lingering somatic issues? What similar events in my life have occured that I have yet to fully rebound from? How will that impact my life moving forward if I don't find a way to integrate those experiences? NOTE: I often use integration as opposed to healing. Healing implies a finish line, or a casting away a part of ourselves to some. Integration hits on the reality that we must transcend our current situation AND include that part of ourselves as we grow, or we can easily spiritually bypass and create more shadows if we do not. This work gets deep. Grid work, field work, and deep energetic work can all be a part of the process. If you want some of that, just reach out to me, and we'll talk more. For those who have not heard of or practiced observer and experiencer work, here's an ebook I made, and I am happy to share it with you. I am thinking about doing weekly lives on these topics and some workshops too. If you'd be interested, please let me know in the comments. Love you all, Coach Jerry

I love your take on it. I think old pains will inevitably resurface throughout our life, so trying to forget about it buries it so low, it sort of becomes part of our foundation.
How YOUR personality handles psyops
How Your Personality Handles Psyops – An Enneagram Guide to Manipulation Resistance The foundation for nearly every single client I work with is personality, specifically the Enneagram typing system. It is the foundation which all further bricks are placed. It doesn’t matter how much mindset, spiritual, health or biohacking measures we put in play if we don’t have the foundation. When the foundation is disintegrated, anything we put on top of it will crumble. Your psyche is under attack with psychological operations. This changes your psyche, and your personality. You can defend against that, and here’s your first lesson in how. Not All Minds Break the Same Way Here's what the architects of psychological operations know (and don't want you to know): Your personality type determines how you process manipulation—and how you resist it. Some of us fight back immediately. Some of us freeze and doubt ourselves. Some of us rationalize and comply. And some of us see through it from day one. Understanding your Enneagram type is like getting the blueprint for your own mind—so you can see where you're vulnerable to gaslighting, and where you're unshakeable. For the sake of avoiding overload, I won’t go in depth on the Enneagram, but you can easily find the information you need to get up to speed with Grok, or Brave search engine. Avoid chat GPT, as it is a psyop tool IMHO. For that matter, be discerning with any source you use. If you need or want personal guidance, I can help. This is not about putting yourself in a box. This is about recognizing your patterns so you can break free from manipulation. Let's go type by type. TYPE 1 – The Perfectionist / Reformer Core Wound: "I must be good, right, and beyond reproach." How Psyops Hook You: - Moral authority figures (doctors, scientists, officials) trigger your respect for "doing the right thing" - You're told questioning = being irresponsible, selfish, or morally deficient - Guilt is your kryptonite ("If you don't comply, people will suffer because of you")

@Jerry Kuykendall Risk assessment is like a bad hobby I can't put down, so yes, anxiety gets to me. Not like it used to, it's very muted now. I feel like it's muted in my head but my body is aware.
