About gave me a heart attack, because I live rather close to there. But certain details within this document gave me pause: if they WERE talking about JE, why use his name so blatantly? And why is the Department of Health and Human Services in Florida talking about him so casually? I did some digging. And I’m quite sure that this document is talking about RICHARD Epstein, a much younger man caught in a Medicare fraud scandal and sentenced in 2021. NO IDEA what those documents are doing in the mass of data dumped in the Epstein files aside from the fact they share the same surname.
