0:00:02 All right, so today's huddle is gonna be awesome because I'm gonna be going through some of the affiliate stuff because there's lots of ways we know how to make money, you know, and it's kind of tricky to pick one path and stick with it. 0:00:17 Personally, I have a couple revenue streams, so I've got the affiliate revenue stream coming in from years of work, like starting in 2018. 0:00:25 That's when I started the affiliate stuff. I still get paid to this day. From recurring revenue styles of offers. So I kind of stuck with the software side. 0:00:35 So I'm selling a lot of like affiliate software. As a recurring revenue, you know, you've got the health niche too for supplements and other other things like that. 0:00:45 But uh, today I'm going to be going through a recurring revenue offer for, you know, school. So how to sell that. 0:00:53 And then You know, a couple other avenues that we're playing with right now is building your own school community and charging for that membership. 0:01:02 So kind of building your own, whether it be a community, a course, or even a live coaching platform all in one. 0:01:11 That's the second way we can earn recurring revenue for our business. Or, you know, you can make it kind of one time if you want to or really customize your own thing, teaching the things that you love to do. 0:01:23 That being said, the third route is through our new cash flow strategy, which is new age, it's through cryptocurrency and trading. 0:01:33 And some of us here are doing that. But, uh, that's through my passion school group called simple wealth. And we're basically trading twice a day and earning about 60% on each trade. 0:01:46 So, it's steadily building and compounding. I think it was Einstein that said, The, what is it, the eighth wonder of the world is compound interest and that's the power of the, the simple wealth cash flow because it's actually compounding over time and we do some math to figure out, you know, when, when 0:02:05 your income will hit a certain level. So that's the third route. And then the final route that I would suggest is basically becoming a marketing agency. 0:02:16 Oh, excuse me. So a marketing agency. There's two routes kind of to make money with that and one of them is to use the high level system. 0:02:26 So high level is that software where you're creating funnels, calendars, automation systems, you can do, uh, like, uh, a store within it. 0:02:38 A lot of you on here know that, but for folks watching the replay, you can do pretty much all your marketing tasks with high level. 0:02:47 So, Not only can you use high level for your business, we also can charge local businesses or other companies to use high level. 0:02:58 And for, for example, there's so many niches out there like you've got roofers, you know, you've got. I had a siding guy actually come to my house today because we had to fix a piece of siding. 0:03:15 The other day I was looking up a tax and accounting company. And I realized that they're using high level in their system. 0:03:23 I was just googling them, literally right down the road from me. And I noticed the exact form that high level uses. 0:03:32 So this local business is already set up on high level. And it worked really well for them because I just booked a call with them. 0:03:38 It was super easy. And people can charge these local businesses monthly to have access to that software. So that's where that recurring revenue comes in on that, uh, you know, agency side marketing systems. 0:03:54 The, the, like, other side of the agency is traffic. So you have, you know, conversions, which is the marketing systems and the high level automation and stuff like that. 0:04:07 And then there's the traffic side where it's like, Hey, I can generate you leads for your website. And In my case, I run Facebook ads. 0:04:17 A lot of people will run, get specialized in a platform like TikTok ads, YouTube ads, uh, Google ads. I personally am specialized now in Facebook and Instagram ads. 0:04:30 Because they're kind of like two platforms in one. So I charge my clients, uh, for that as well. And I do something called the ad spend match. 0:04:40 Uh, I have a client right now, you know, they're spending 120 a month. I get paid 120 a month then. 0:04:45 So, but they're paying double that. They're paying 240 a month. 50% of that, it goes to ad spend. 50% of that goes to me for the service. 0:04:54 I have another client, uh, that's at 400 a month and they actually want to jump up to about a thousand a month. 0:05:00 So what that does is it increases my revenue for my business coming in based on the time of year because this is a seasonal business that I'm running Facebook ads for. 0:05:08 It's like a mulch company, which you wouldn't think would want to run ads, but it's like mulch stone and, uh, they do dumpster rentals and then something else soil, I think, top soil. 0:05:19 And this is the time of year where people want all that stuff. So they want to bump up the ads. 0:05:24 Therefore, I'm managing more ads, make more money because it's flexible. Doing it that way also reduces churn. Because people in recurring revenue styles of businesses are going to churn at some point, they're going to cancel. 0:05:39 And so you want to, when you're looking at these types of offers, consider churn too. So those are a couple of major ways to earn money online. 0:05:48 I'm finding that the unorthodox cash flow trading has been the easiest one. It's just so simple. It's like almost too good to be true. 0:06:02 But uh, you know, you can go to simplewealthcommunity.com slash cash flow to learn more about that. So that's the easiest one. 0:06:10 If you're trying to just barely get your business running, you can get some cash flow, build it up for the first year, then you'll have enough cash flow to live and then build whatever business you want to. 0:06:20 Now, when it comes to building businesses, there is some upfront fees, of course. And, uh, I mean, if you're running Facebook ads, you don't really have to pay for any software. 0:06:29 You kind of just help them get set up and, and manually make that happen through a Stripe account. But anyway, those are the, the main things that we like to do. 0:06:39 So on the affiliate side, I like the affiliate side because there's, I mean, little to no maintenance when it comes to your customers. 0:06:49 You don't have to have a fulfilled product. So when someone signs up, You know, the company fulfills it. So in this case, school, uh, will fulfill the offer. 0:07:00 And so this, this new funnel is designed so that you don't really have to do anything once the person becomes a client. 0:07:07 Now, you certainly can do things to enhance their experience, chat with them, help them set up their school community, that type of thing. 0:07:16 But I'm really sort of thinking let's do this hands off. So the way this works, Is on the affiliate side, we have a main funnel page. 0:07:31 And this is the one I did a test with it. It earned about, uh, you know, 32% uh, opt in rate. 0:07:39 That means out of all the clicks I sent to it, 32% of people opted in. And today I'm going to show you a split test. 0:07:47 So I ran traffic to this page. Now I'm going to run a different version of the page that Goes to the same place. 0:07:54 It's just a different design. And I want to see if I can get a higher opt in rate. So it's a different style. 0:08:06 This is only for solo ads. And so I'm going to test this type of page and see if it gets a higher opt in rate. 0:08:13 So I'll show you how to set that up. But with the offer itself, it's a school community. So when you go into school, people can actually sign up for a school community. 0:08:24 And when they sign up to build their own school community and create their own one, they get access to the schoolers community, which is the bigger like school games. 0:08:33 So they actually get to play the games and you can see who's in the top lead per niche. So you've got music, hobbies, money, spirituality, tech, health, sports. 0:08:46 And you can see depending on what niche you're in, there's less competition. Compared to some of the other ones and the reason they did that was because not everybody in these niches are You know, versed in the marketing, but you'll probably find in the money niche It's way competitive if you're in the 0:09:03 money niche for the school games But you can win some cool prizes and this is basically what we're offering to people We're offering people this school group because it comes with the community It comes with the classroom. 0:09:15 You'll even see, you know, Alex from Mosy's training is involved in this. So we're kind of pitching, hey, you're going to get training with Alex from Mosy. 0:09:22 And there's all of these recordings hidden within here that are actually super valuable. And so if people click on this, they get access to literally all of this training from live masterminds with Alex from Mosy, from school group owners. 0:09:39 And they learn how school works. We're basically just getting people to sign up for school as a free trial for 14 days. 0:09:48 Then they automatically get into this group and this group is going to teach them themselves. So, as an affiliate, I don't really want to interfere with that. 0:09:57 Once I get them into the group, I'm going to let the company take over all of that stuff and I'm going to be completely hands off referring more people to school. 0:10:05 And that's the way affiliate marketing, you know, really can be Nice because then you're not having to fulfill on the product. 0:10:17 Kind of the other stuff, when you set up a site for a local business, you somewhat have to fulfill it because you have to build the website. 0:10:24 You have to do all the charging and keep track like it's a customer happy. Same thing with Facebook ads, same thing if you build your own school community. 0:10:31 You sort of have to, you know, Engage with your members and fulfill on the product so I believe in the beginning affiliate marketing super easy to do I mean easier said than done But it's it's less hands-on than building your own, you know product type thing or product or service Even easier than that 0:10:53 Cash flow, you know, doing the trades on top of this and the trades only take 10 minutes a day or so, you know, 10 to 20 minutes, depending on what it is. 0:11:02 And then the rest of the day you can build your business or work or do whatever you need to do to let that build as well. 0:11:07 So I simultaneously trade, I do affiliate stuff and then I'm a little advanced so I'm building my own products too for the fun of it because I'm passionate about that stuff. 0:11:17 So that being said, what we're doing is we're sending people to our affiliate link. So to get your affiliate link you go up to your profile, you click on affiliates, and then what'll happen is you'll get a affiliate link. 0:11:30 So you click on affiliates, and then you'll find your affiliate link right here, where you say copy. And now you send people to this link, now you can earn recurring revenue. 0:11:44 Now if you're a part of other groups, You can be an affiliate of other groups too. So right now, I'm on the school platform. 0:11:50 This is where I'm an affiliate of the software itself, where people can build their own communities, their own classroom, their own coaching programs. 0:11:58 But if I'm already a part of a coaching program like Affiliate Toolkit or Quantum, I can click here and get a specific affiliate link for that program. 0:12:07 So it's not only the school platform know you can promote all the other communities you're a part of that has an affiliate program turned on. 0:12:15 They also do have a new payout method, it's a lot simpler than you used to, so if you have a school group or you are an affiliate, reset your payment settings, uh, just double check because they made it a lot simpler for getting paid out. 0:12:31 Uh, so that was an update, uh, recently on the school news that they did. School news is every week, it's 30 minutes, and they talk about different features and then give you advice if needed and things like that, so. 0:12:45 So you can see I ran a traffic run here, and I actually got two trials in the first set of traffic runs. 0:12:55 And that's the power of this affiliate system is because when these people pay for their subscription, I'm gonna be earning $39 each person. 0:13:05 So, you know, hopefully they don't churn. So I'm kind of waiting to see how the quality of the traffic was, but Once they get to the point where they pay their first month, I'm actually profitable because I paid only $71 for the clicks to my website. 0:13:21 And now with these two people on the first month once they pay, there's probably like seven more days left or so. 0:13:28 I will be profitable because I'll be making around $78. So, And then if they stick around, now that's profit coming in every single month. 0:13:40 So that's a lot faster than back in the day when I was selling a $99 product and I only, I got paid $59, but one time. 0:13:50 And it took, I spent probably a thousand dollars to get one customer and I earned $59 when I was learning this stuff. 0:13:58 Whereas here it's a little more balanced with recurring revenue because the goal is to, of course, get people to Sign up and then stick with it long-term. 0:14:11 Okay, am I talking too much or is that we're on the same page? Cool. So yes, it's it grows a lot slower here in this case, but it's worthwhile to build slowly the recurring revenue side of the affiliate stuff. 0:14:30 Now, I kind of like to be a hybrid. Affiliate marketer. So sometimes I will pitch high ticket with a low ticket. 0:14:39 So that means, for example, if you're an affiliate of Quantum, Quantum is a coaching program for affiliates or business owners. 0:14:48 So you can be an affiliate of Quantum here. If you're a member of Quantum, you use this link. And you can then say, Hey, you want to join Quantum? 0:14:59 Click here to join. It's 2009-97. So you would then make a 40% commission, which is around $1,200 of that product. 0:15:08 So let's say you sell quantum, that's a high ticket, $1,200 sale for you. But then as you onboard them or work with your clients, you can earn recurring revenue with getting people on go high level as an affiliate or school as an affiliate or flowchat as an affiliate or you to me as an affiliate. 0:15:27 Those are like some of the avenues you can do. And that creates recurring revenue. So it's a combination that works symbiotically. 0:15:34 Cool, you're in quantum, now get a 30 day free trial for high level. To build your, your business. So that's kind of, um, how, actually a lot of coaching companies do it, you know, just being real with you. 0:15:49 When I joined who I was learning from, I paid a high ticket of, I think it was $15,000 at the time. 0:15:56 And then I paid recurring revenue for all the tools, which was 200 a month. So, that company earned a high ticket sale for me, plus they kept earning recurring revenue. 0:16:06 It's a hybrid model. That's what it is. So, as an affiliate, we want to do that just with products that we believe in. 0:16:12 So, I believe in school, I believe in high level, and you do me and flowchat. Those are my top affiliate offers. 0:16:24 Okay. So you can see I'm slowly building up my revenue here, you know, I only recently started promoting this heavily, uh, with, with this new funnel. 0:16:36 You'll find that the school news will pop in in the community as well here. So if you want to see what all the updates are for school, you can find it in the schoolers group if you have your own school community. 0:16:50 So I highly recommend checking that out. They Uh, they're really cool when it comes to that stuff. And if you have your own school community, the classroom here, school games, all of this stuff, especially this Q&A and one day recordings, I would say these one day recordings are super valuable, specifically 0:17:11 . So know that there's a super valuable asset in here for school group owners. What this really is, is these are all the school games winners. 0:17:25 So it goes back to February of 2024, and this is a full day of recorded content of all the winners working together with Alex Hermose. 0:17:43 So if I click on this, It's gonna take me to a video where it's gonna actually show me a live mastermind like you're in the room. 0:17:52 And what's nice is you can actually speed it up if you want to. But Alex Ramose takes some of the school games winners, school people who have school communities, and teaches them how to increase their revenue and decrease their turn live. 0:18:07 So you can, and how to sell and get more traffic. So you'll you'll find that this is one of the most valuable assets within there. 0:18:17 It is a lot of content though. So, um, I would probably just watch October, 2024, the latest one and maybe September and call it good. 0:18:25 You don't have to go through all this stuff because they've changed things over time. So just watch the latest one. 0:18:32 Not to be not to overwhelm you. All right. So I'm digressing a little bit. So here's how I'm going to run this test. 0:18:38 I'm going to get people to my affiliate link. Well, there's the funnel that is brand new. So remember there's these, this page that I'm going to test and that other page as well. 0:18:48 So that other page, if we look at the first test is in stats of the sites, this is high level. 0:18:59 So the first page was page number A. A is in a number whose page letter A. So, You can see here, if I zoom in a little bit, that my first traffic run had, I mean, some of this is organic too, but my first traffic one had a little over 100 clicks, and the run itself was around 33%. 0:19:29 My organic opt-in rate is like 32 combined with that paid. So just know this is combined a little bit. So now what I'm going to do is I'm going to run a test on page B. 0:19:40 And see which page is gonna actually convert better for me when it comes to this specific traffic source. Then it's gonna, you know, create opt-ins, people who actually give me their email address, and I'm gonna see if I can get some more school affiliate sales. 0:19:57 So this is gonna be the new funnel that I'm gonna release into this affiliate toolkit group, and you'll have access to it. 0:20:06 That'll be happening very, very soon. I'm just doing the final tests, making sure everything works and going from there. So how do we get this thing running? 0:20:16 Well, what you're going to want to do is go to your funnel steps and you can see this is the link for the first page. 0:20:23 And I want that test B. So I'm actually going to grab this link for page B. And what I'm going to do is I'm just going to get a traffic order going so that I have leads coming in. 0:20:34 I'm going to have clicks and then hopefully this page converts and, you know, generates leads. So that's the gamble we take here. 0:20:42 But we're still going to be able to follow up with the leads via email once they join. So not only am I going to email them automatically with this funnel down the line, I can email them on any other offer at a time like you being on this call probably got an email from me about the fam huddle. 0:21:00 Did anyone get an email today from me? Didn't go to spam. Cool. So yeah, I mean, I sent that email to 4,500 people. 0:21:11 Now, the fact that there's only three people here, okay, but who want, not many people want to show up to a live call, even though it's free, and it's valuable to understand this stuff, but not everyone gets wealthy. 0:21:24 I wonder why. There's only like 1% of people that choose to make a difference in their lives. So, Congrats for showing up. 0:21:35 You made it. So you can see my previous orders. This is you to me. Let's make it bigger. You to me is a traffic source where you can choose different sellers. 0:21:46 These people are able to generate leads or clicks pretty quickly. So, Igor was the first to test. I'm going to use the same person because when we're running a split test, It's like science. 0:22:02 You only want to change one variable at a time. So what that means is I don't want to change the page, the look of the page, and the traffic source. 0:22:15 I want to use the same traffic source so I can control the look of the page. Of course, it's going to be different people going through the page, but uh, that's kind of the best we can do. 0:22:25 So what I'll do is I will Go to Igor and one of the things you should probably know is, why did I choose Igor in the first place? 0:22:39 Well, when I go to buy solos at the top, I usually use these filters. So I use the filters of got sales because the people who run, um, the traffic should, you know, the traffic should help you get sales. 0:22:54 So I look for that. So I bring that number up. Then I increase the repeat orders. So this is the amount of people that continue to come back to the seller. 0:23:07 So I usually had it on 30% plus, and there was a lot more people, but it looks like that drops for a while. 0:23:13 It could have been associated with the presidential campaign and money and tariffs and all that stuff, like people are buying less, which is just part of the market. 0:23:23 But now that Who knows? I don't know, but, but so I placed an order with Montess and he said my traffic's probably not going to convert for the funnel, so he denied my order. 0:23:37 So that's what happened. And then I said, okay, well, what's the next best thing? 25% repeat orders. Then I got all these people. 0:23:44 Okay, so those are the two biggest things I look at first, got sales and repeat orders. And then what I look at is the cost per click. 0:23:54 So this is 55 cents per click, 84% reported sales. That's really good. Now 83% but look at the cost per click. 0:24:02 It went way up 85 cents per click. So that's going to cost me more for slightly less sales now. So, and then 65, slightly less sales is still higher than 55. 0:24:16 So out of the top three, I picked Egor for that reason. If you keep going, you can get a reduced price, but in my case, I wanted higher quality, so I was willing to pay a little bit more for this high quality got sales. 0:24:30 That's how I chose him. And I did end up getting technically sales, you know, people who became put their credit card in became a free trial, but you know, I'm still waiting to confirm if hey, that money is coming in or not. 0:24:44 So we're going to see if they cancel or not. Hopefully they don't. So now, once I pick the seller, what I'm gonna do is adjust the price range. 0:24:57 So I'm gonna see how low he can go. So the seller's minimum is $58 for 100 clicks. Not bad. So that's something I can do consistently week after week after week. 0:25:08 My budget can handle that. So you want to figure out how can you create consistent traffic runs, whether it be once a month or once a week? 0:25:16 If you can get it to once a week, that's gonna be the best frequency, like every Monday you place an order so that you keep your lead generation consistently coming in. 0:25:27 When it comes to this solo ed strategy. Whereas if you wait a month, that's a long time. You're like, I have no leads coming in after a couple weeks and I'm like, what's going on? 0:25:38 That's, that's one, one way I like to do that. So in my case, I'm gonna spend the same amount of money, you know, 71 bucks. 0:25:48 And then I'm gonna put in test number B. Test letter B, I mean. And there we go. So now I'm gonna allow the seller to start the traffic early. 0:25:59 And it's gonna be 125 clicks. These are just preliminary tests. And eventually, I might do some bigger runs, so here's what's cool. 0:26:09 Imagine with me that two more people sign up here on this run out of these 125 clicks. Well, that would mean $39 would be coming in every month. 0:26:26 $39 times 4. So that's $156 per month coming in. So that being said, if I split that up, that would kind of be around, you know, 58. 0:26:44 I could do three, maybe three traffic runs the next month, completely break even. Two or three. So then I build it up even more the next month and so on. 0:26:57 And then there's a certain point where that money comes in and now I'm going to be using some of that money. 0:27:02 To keep building this up and buying more and more clicks. So at some point, I might be spending $209 per week to scale up my revenue. 0:27:14 So that's $375 clicks and now I can get more clients coming in at a faster rate when I can get my client, uh, my client up and my lead flow up. 0:27:26 It's just like kind of like cash flow too. You know, you get your cash flow up, you can speed things up, you can speed up your wealth. 0:27:32 Same thing in business. So, that would be kind of the long-term plan. Now, you can run, like I mentioned, I have, I have a Facebook ad client, I have a couple of them, I have, you know, other revenue coming in from other places. 0:27:49 So, at some point, once I can confirm like after these tests, which, Which funnel is gonna work well for me? 0:28:00 I'll just keep running traffic to that winning funnel. And start boosting it. One, one thing you should know, I mean, I, I became a super affiliate for a couple courses and I won an affiliate contest. 0:28:16 When I won that affiliate contest, I actually used Udemy on top of like organic and stuff, but I spent $3,000 on Udemy traffic. 0:28:25 And that is what A lot of me to win because I had way more traffic volume coming in. So if I were to spend, see, his maximum is 300 clicks. 0:28:41 I could get 3,000 clicks. It would be six separate orders, but for, you know, three, you know, 1,668. So once you have a good converting funnel, that's when you ramp up the traffic. 0:28:56 and scale. So, uh, I prefer to be a little more, uh, long term and not blow the whole budget in one month. 0:29:06 So, you gotta make sure you have that consistent budget coming in with your business to be able to do something like that. 0:29:11 So, at what I would do is probably the first week I would hit 500 clicks. So the first one has more character, it's a little more modern. 0:34:54 And I mean, this style is like known for solo ads. So in this scenario, people don't have to click. To put their name and email in. 0:35:20 It's immediately there. So what that's doing is it's eliminating a step that the lead has to take. So you need to make sure that what you're promoting on the page does completely match throughout the entire funnel. 0:38:30 So like here, we want To make sure there's some sort of congruency with this second page. 0:38:51 A fun way to build your own business with other people, watch the video to see everything you get when you play the school games, start your own community. 0:39:01 So, if I look here, how to build community and make money online. So that's one thing that I did when I was, you know, winning affiliate contests is I made sure that I took my copy, made my copy way more congruent than everyone else's, because being clear is better than clever. 0:40:18 The second thing with this funnel is if you're going to run paid ads to this, you need to be careful with this headline. 0:40:24 So I had someone in the quantum community come to me and be like, Hey, I want to run Facebook ads to this because they got an early example of it. 0:40:34 I said, be careful with this headline. You want to, you know, maybe make this a little more congruent with Facebook ads because what Facebook does is they actually analyze your landing page to make sure you're not doing anything sketchy. 0:40:47 So Uh, what she decided to do was say, charge for membership instead. So build community and charge for membership. I also suggested she put in this headline in, uh, AI, like chat GPT or GROC and say, Hey, I'm running Facebook ads to this. 0:41:03 Please make sure these words are compliant. Give me some different variations that I could use to make it compliant. So that's something you need to be aware of if you're going to run. 0:41:13 Consistent paid ads to something like this, but it's designed in that it has all the legal stuff on the bottom. 0:41:19 So that's very compliant already when you install this type of funnel. Okay. That's the basics. That's literally the basics of all affiliate marketing. 0:41:33 I mean, the, the organic side is like making YouTube videos, messaging people, flowchat, DMs. Uh, creating posts. There's, there's two types of organic things. 0:41:44 There's inbound and outbound. Who knows the difference between inbound and outbound? I don't. And now people see your post and now they're coming inbound to your comments and saying, asset. 0:44:15 So all these people are now lining up. They're coming to you, coming to your front door because you made a post that said, hey, I have this free funnel I'm giving away. 0:44:25 I have this document, like a lead magnet I'm giving away, or this training. And they comment on it. Other way to do that is a YouTube video, so you make a YouTube video. 0:44:45 And in the description of the video, you now have links to your stuff. So you have your website. You have maybe your affiliate link in there as well. 0:44:58 So every YouTube video you make, you have everything that's yours from that video. Like, let's say you make 10 different videos. 0:45:06 Every single description would have all the same stuff in it. Like, click here to get, uh, free video training from Alex Hermose. 0:45:17 And then I would link my affiliate funnel. Click here to start your school community right away. Click here to get an automation tool. 0:45:25 Click here to get this. Click here to join the community. So I would have all those things listed into a YouTube description and it's inbound because people just randomly find my YouTube video and now are Drawing to click through there. 0:45:39 Outbound is a little bit different. Uh, I guess there's a couple other inbounds you could you could think about billboards. 0:45:47 A billboard is technically inbound because you see the billboard than you, you know, go into them into whatever it is. 0:45:55 Or you've got a Facebook ad that's technically inbound because people see the Facebook ad and then they're coming in. Paper, mail. 0:46:08 I mean, some of these are great area you could argue because what outbound is is like, I'm going to start randomly DMing you. 0:46:16 So random DMs is outbound. Cold DMs, cold emails. So basically, what's the difference? The difference is on the left side here, the inbound is you create content. 0:46:34 The right side, you don't create content. You're just randomly reaching out to people. So, the difference between these two is that the one on the left is a lot easier to sell when it comes to high ticket products and sell anything for the matter. 0:46:52 Why? You already have buy-in. You have trust, people understand your product already, you nurture them. Whereas here, you're kind of forcing the, the trust here. 0:47:20 So when you, when you cold outreach, you're getting people to say yes to a free asset. So you're like forcing it. 0:47:27 So you're saying yes, you have a free asset here, but you're reaching more people by forcing the cold email or cold email. 0:47:33 Hey, do you want to watch this video? Do you want a free PDF? I noticed we're in the same niche, but do you want this free asset? 0:47:39 And then once they say yes, Then you can start warming up the conversation and then selling. So those are two different ways. 0:47:46 I practice both of them. But that's the difference. And inbound is a lot easier than outbound. So I'll just know that. 0:47:56 Now here's the nurture cycle. We're gonna start off with some sort of paid ad. You to me. Facebook ads, Instagram ads. 0:48:11 For example. Notice that these types of things here are technically inbound. So we're going to send all these clicks to our opt-in page. 0:48:34 And then we're basically going to, of course, you know, go to the offer or whatever. But the purpose of that is to get them on our email list. 0:48:46 I'm sure you've all seen this before. That's like the standard. But how do we actually improve this? Well, there's another layer that many people fail to notice. 0:49:05 And that's the nurturing sequence. Because a lot of people just do email direct to offer the whole time. They just go, hey, buy my stuff, buy my stuff, buy my stuff. 0:49:19 That's their emails. But what we can do is we can nurture as you build your list to once in a while, you know, throw in a free call, like a free webinar. 0:49:38 Free call, you know, with you free like strategy session, so like a zoom or something like that. But this is the piece that they fail to miss right here. 0:49:58 Sending people to free videos. And what is the ultimate connection here? Well, You're probably missing out on building a YouTube channel. 0:50:09 Because what's the other thing in the inbound YouTube? So you probably have the thing on the left, if you've been here for a while, but you don't have a YouTube channel. 0:50:20 Because what do we want to do? We want our emails to go out to our entire list when you have a new YouTube video. 0:50:30 It doesn't matter if you haven't made a video. But let's say you have this YouTube channel and today, you know, you you post a video like right now, so you post today's video. 0:50:43 What do you do? You blast it to your email list, say hey, I just released this video, click here to watch. 0:50:49 Boom. So what is this doing? It's doing two things. It's nurturing your audience because you're giving them something free to watch and learn. 0:51:00 Video is the ultimate You know, they see you, they hear you, and it just builds more trust than reading your emails. 0:51:12 So now because you sent them to a video of yours, they hear your voice, and then you start reading the emails, or your clients start reading the emails in your voice. 0:51:23 How many of you, if you read one of my emails, you hear it in my voice? How many of you never thought about that before? 0:51:36 I didn't think about it. Well, that's, that's marketing. You give them a way to hear your voice. That's why there's podcasts. 0:51:44 That's why you have video. And when they can see you, now they can see you reading it because videos just the fastest way to trust. 0:51:53 So what's unique about sending people to these videos? It's free. It's nurturing. You're not really expecting anything back. But now you're linking all your products In the description of the video. 0:52:05 So you're converting your email list a lot better than sending direct to the offer, because you have this asset in place now. 0:52:14 So you can have an onboarding YouTube series with all the links in those videos, and that could be your entire automation for your email list, but then also every time you create a new video, you then do the same thing. 0:52:27 You repeat this pattern. Or this would be a new video, I guess. So video number two. You get the idea. 0:52:41 But then again, you have all this, um, in the description, so that people can find, you know, your, your offers, your communities, book a call with you, that type of stuff. 0:52:51 And now, what does that do for you? Well, when YouTube notices a bunch of clicks immediately coming to your video, it's gonna start boosting your video on YouTube organically. 0:53:05 That's the power here because YouTube is a search engine. So when YouTube sees you post a video and now you're getting traffic immediately to your video from your email list, it's going to actually show your video to way more people boosting you in the algorithm. 0:53:26 And then it's a, that's how you, you know, Enhance your offers because not only are you getting traffic from paid stuff here, you're boosting your organic side through the YouTube videos. 0:53:39 So now you have a full symbiotic system. And you would then send people of course to your school communities and stuff like that. 0:53:49 Training, school communities. Hey, I have a, I have a free video to watch here. Um, click here to watch the, the next free video in the sequence or something. 0:54:00 So yeah. Um, just know that that's probably the big piece that you're missing. If you, if you go away with one thing today, that's hey, you know, maybe there's a step in this that you still don't have yet, or you're still not generating enough leads. 0:54:18 Well, know that you want to have some form of consistency and a YouTube channel. So people book a call with me. 0:55:35 Typically, we're talking about high ticket, like, let's get things rolling here, if they're taking that time. Offer two would be go, offer three would be go high level, four would be school. 0:55:52 Five would be flowchat, six would be you to me. So I would create a description with all those six things in there. 0:55:59 And then people can click whatever one they want from that YouTube video. But the YouTube video might only be describing one of those six things. 0:56:09 But hey, did you know I have this? And you put that all in the description. And in the YouTube video, I'm saying, Hey, in the description below, you can book a call with me if you like to on my calendar. 0:56:19 And maybe in the other video, it's like, hey, if you want to join the simple wealth community, learn more about this strategy, find the link below in the simple wealth community. 0:56:26 It's like, oh, it's not for me, but oh, you have, you know, a free 30 day trial to high level. 0:56:32 It's like I make videos about high level or something like that. So. And then we're just pushing more people to this little segment here. 0:56:43 So. Now, you know, that's pro level. Some people get away without it. Like, I'm still getting away without it. But if you want to be able to scale faster, you need to have that piece in place. 0:57:01 So now you're able to go symbiotically back and forth, you know, you send people from YouTube, back to your email list, back to your Facebook channel, back to your Instagram, or whatever. 0:57:15 So you, and then you send everyone else back to YouTube. So you're just kind of flipping back and forth, sending people to all your stuff. 0:57:23 Then you become omnipresent and go from there.
