What’s included in your client offering?

Wanted to start my freelance business, as a website designer, but do not have projects to showcase onto my portfolio, what should I do?

Just wondering what everyone uses for mockups

Is there anyone else or just me? I am struggling to create value and show value to the clients. I cannot show the prospect and client the monetary return of the service I am providing. Let's take the example of working with traffic. I can create an offer to bring you these leads this month and increase your revenue. What will be my value as a web-designer? To close these leads or more traffic or how I will create trust in client's prospects. Monetary return is not showing there.
