regionals competiton
This weekend I had a competiton and I swam pretty lot. I did some good PB's. All last week I did visualization and I think it helped me. I used Michael Phelps breathing technique just few Times, next time I'll do it more. I swam in two first team relays (that make me really happy) and one second team relay. I swam: 50m free relay 29.41 (PB 1 second)🥇 400 m free 5.07.79 (PB 1 second) 100m breastroke 1.20.27 (PB 1 second) and I was fourth by less than a second🥲 50 breastroke relay (4*50 medley) 36.71 (PB 1.3 second)🥈 200m medley 2.40.74 (PB 6 seconds)and I was fourth by less than a second🥲 100m free 1.04.14 (added second) 50m fly 35.50 (PB 2 seconds)

🍓 Academy Week 5: Do HARD Things [pinned post]
Replay is up in the Classroom. Make sure you comment your answers in this post as you go thru the recording so I know what you're thinking. Much easier to provide feedback!! Look, so far we've covered: ✅ Goal Setting (the in-depth version) ✅ Michael Phelps breathing trick ✅ Visualization ✅ Basic nutrition for swimmers ✅ Desired identity statement ✅ You've gathered A LOT of evidence that supports your new identity 🔥 Keep the momentum going, 5 more weeks until we know who wins a brand new race suit of your choice!!! More and more fire badges are starting to appear I love it!! In today's training we have time for questions to make sure we're not leaving anybody behind. After that, we do a little magic together ok? It's gonna be workshop-style which means I'll ask you a series of questions that you can just answer in the comments. And at the end, you'll all have a massive done-and-ready improvement for this week. - No breakout rooms - No having to speak in front of everyone else ☺️

First competition of the year
This weekend I had my first competition of the year in my home pool so I was used to the conditions. Gladly they switched up the competition by ages so I had the mornings off. I raced 50, 100, 200 back and 50 fly and 100 freestyle. My main focus was on the underwater fly kicks and they were quite good. I‘m quite happy about the 50 fly. The 50 and 100 back were good aswell but couldn‘t carry the speed on the stroke so I have to work on that. The 100 freestyle was good aswell but wanted to go a bit faster aswell. The 200 backstroke was my last event and as I didn’t really train for it, it wasn‘t the best and I‘m a bit disappointed by it. My times: 100 back: 1:01,87 (1 sec pb) 50 back: 28,68 ( 0,4 sec pb) 100 free: 58,42 (4 sec pb) 50 fly: 28.96 ( 2 sec pb) 200 back: 2:20,99 Also I got the fire badge today

Congrats, I hope your 200 back will be better next time but don't be disappointed because of this time, at least you learned something new
