@Tim Fairley I can see why you say that, and I have felt some of that too. In a bigger company, once work gets busy and roles stay separated, it can become harder to learn across departments, and I think that is part of why I made this post in the first place. My frustration is not that there is nothing to learn, but that I want to grow beyond just my own lane and understand the bigger picture better. At the same time, I chose to stay because I still feel there is a lot around me to learn here through strong people, different departments, and larger project exposure. I had chances to move, but my thinking was that staying here could help me understand more deeply how a GC looks at projects as a whole, how pricing decisions are made, and how the PM side looks at the same job. From your experience, do you think I should keep pushing in this environment and try to learn more intentionally, or start thinking more broadly about where the next stage of growth might come from?
