Pull up progress
I was working on my pullups for a while and now I can proudly say I'm able to do weighted pull ups :) I added a 5kg plate on the belt (just to try, didn't thought I could) and there it was, I did a full range clean weighted pull up. Progress ongoing...

just got my first handstand push up (on camera lol)
Just did my first handstand push-up on camera—super pumped! It may not look the best but I still can't believe I finally did it. If I can, you can too so keep pushing yourself, stay consistent, and believe in your progress. Celebrate every step, big or small. You've got this! Also would really appreciate if someone could review my form. ty!

@Joe Smith sorry for the late reply brotha. Basically been doing ppl workouts and on push day I do handstand pushups against the wall for 6 sets of 5 and then pike pushups and pseudo planche pu for 3sets of 5 each. Also been doing a lot of weighted dips 3sets of 10
